Cascata

my husband and i recently had a couple's experience massage at Cascata. We have received massages at most of the upscale spas in the area and felt that Cascata's therapists were the best we have come across. we both had the therapeutic massage, which the therapists customized for our specific needs and preferences. The spa was clean, comfortable and relaxing, without being ritzy or tacky. We felt the spa staff to be professional and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and willing to answer any questions we had about services. Pricing was comparable to other spa service prices.

This is not the greatest spa I have been too. The prices are not too bad. The people working there do not seem to care about the customer's experience there. They do not talk to you. The building is not perfectly clean, but it is not dirty. Overall the place is okay.

My husband bought me a day at the spa for Valentine's Day. I was disappointed with the services. The environment didn't feel very spa-like and the employees seemed to rush through things. In addition, the employees kept on trying to convince me to pay for an "upgrade" with each of the services...strange and uncomfortable given the package was $300-400 already. In summary, i was very expensive and I was hoping for a more relaxing spa experience.
