This places used to be good. Now it is really BAD. The wait is too long, some of the people who work there do not know what they are doing. I recently got the WORST mani/pedi there and I will not go back. Also, while I was sitting in the pedi chair, I felt little bug bites around my ankles. GROSS. They just lost a good client.

Bad experience. Dont waste your money - go someplace else. The owner is rude, the place is too crowded, the tools are dirty. They talk about you in front of your face in their language. Take your money somewhere where it is appreciated.

This place is the absolute worst! My mother and I tried Nail Pizazz for the first time the other day; we will not be returning. You don't receive a relaxing pedicure being that you're receiving a manicure at the same time. The manicurist

I have reservations about the cleanliniess of this place. I can't believe the health dept allows them to operate. Just went there 8/1 and the place is like an assembly line. Whether you have an app't or not, you wait for the next available girl and then are rushed into the chair as the girl is cleaning from her prior client. This place is an example of "you get what you pay for". My pedi and mani were both sloppy, the mani polish was layered so thick that it all bubbled. Removed it when I got home. Pedi wasn't much better - some toes had lighter coats than others, so the color was inconsistent. They also pummel your legs for a few seconds. Tell me - what part of that is enjoyable? Won't go back.

This was my first - and last - time at this nail salon.

I made an appointment for a manicure/pedicure.

In my years of experience, I have always had the manicure and pedicure done separately - usually the pedicure followed by the manicure. Here, both were done at the same time. (This happened to me only once before at another salon - and is why I didn't go back to that salon.) Instead of a relaxing pampered experience, I was stressed out during the entire time the two people were working on me. The manicurist stood to the right of the pedicure chair. This meant that when she wanted to work on my left hand, I had to stretch my arm across my body. This was not relaxing or pampered!

But worse than that, the pedicurist was rough and careless doing cuticle removal on my toes. In her carelessness, she clipped off a chunk of flesh from the edge of the middle toe on my left foot. During the rest of the pedicure, the pedicurist had to hold a piece of paper toweling to my toe to staunch the blood.

The manicurist observed what happened but said nothing either to the pedicurist or to me. It seems to me that I should have received an acknowledgment of and an apology for what happened. I realize that they don't want to announce such an event publicly, but sometime during my stay in the salon, something should have been said to me.

On the other hand, it seems to me that I received a ten minute leg massage for which they charge $10, but I was so stressed out that the massage did nothing for me. I say this because the massage I received was about ten minutes longer than the massage usually given as part of the pedicure.

Nail Pizazz is a place I truly feel pampered!! From the first time I was there, the owner was so caring that I just let her take care of me and she still does. My nails have never looked so good, including my toes. She always helps me with the latest and hottest colors. After 30 years, she finally fix my eyebrows to the right shape for my face. You're always welcome, even though you may be late. Always friendly and caring. I love it!!

Pros: quality of workmanship

Cons: store space is limited and it is always busy with customers. expect long wait on weekends.

This little nail salon is right across from the post office. Not too much parking and the place is really popular so make sure to get an appointment and go early to get a parking spot. You may have to walk aways. They do good work and the staff is friendly.
