I live with a mobility disability and this normal sized store is just the ticket for me. The big orange box store doesn't provide any handicap help so this lead me to Bunchers. They have everything! Yes it could be better organized but where can you find a mom & pop business that values the customer? Yes they could have better prices but it's located in Millburn which isn't a cheap-o town. Take your business to Bunchers if you want humans helping you and you have a handicap because the big orange box won't even give you the time of day.
Buncher's Hardware is like most other hardware stores: it has a very large supply of tools and other household necessities. The store is dimly lit, and many objects are hard to find on the high shelves, piled with this and that. Most things needed for basic handyman jobs are there, but it's hard to navigate the narrow shelves to find them. The people are gruff but helpful, for the most part, and prices are reasonable. It's an average hardware store; there's nothing to distinguish it from all the other old hardware stores around.
There are so many hardware stores we can go to. This one is different because it offers olso a repair service. You need to replace your front door, repair intercome system, fix or replace locks - go to Bunchers. Anything you cannot get or do yourself just ask them. Looking for a hard to find item, they will find them. Everyone in town knows them. They are in business forever and have so many grateful customers. Thank you Bunchers.
