Shapes To Come Spa & Fitness

I went here under false pretenses. What they were advertising was not what they offered in person. Not a friendly staff. Actually the lady behind the counter was rude. I needed change for ten dollars to give to my child who was attending a class there with her team, well the lady said she could only give me change if I purchased something. Are you kidding me. Needless to say I will NEVER go there. Several people in my neighborhood have asked me about this place, and after telling them about my experience they choose not to go there either. Please dont waste your time.

Not a very friendly experience, went with a friend as a guest and they charged me a hight rate for just a guest. Their classes are not to much fun but they do have a big pool.

We are truly dissappointed in their customer service or lack of.We were never told their is a 60 day notice to cancel membership which they stated is in their employee handbook. Did I get a copy of that? and I did speak to several different employees who never said their was 60 day needed to cancel when we joined knowing we would be moving when our house sold and even when I came into the gym and said were moving in a week. Word of mouth is the best advertising in any business. My word will be out about their lack of customer service along with the continued machine breakdown, TV's outdated, etc that makes their gym undesirable. Check out other Gyms - we did and were amazed at the updated machines - personal training - and lower monthly fees.

Been a member for apx. 10 years. During that time actually opened up my own women's circuit training gym in the area. Would never give up my membership to Shapes To Come~! If you like to train hardcore like I had in the past and hope to get back to again, this gym has everything one needs. This is my time, my life, my gym. The others just
won't do.

Shapes to come is an excellent facility! plenty of Cardio equipment and weights. They even have a juice bar! during the day they offer a daycare where you can work out and have your children play! My kids loved coming here! they also have a sauna, hot tub & pool as well as swim lessons and a variety of exercise classes. The staff is always friendly and the trainers there are so helpful in making you get the most out of your workout program! I highly recommend Shapes to Come to anyone looking for relaxed workout facility that does not have a bunch of people just trying to pick each other up!
