The sales staff were professional and courteous. The sales person, Chris Wells was very a straight forward no nonsense salesman who was very detailed about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions regarding the purchase. I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new 2013 Mazda6 and the pricing was very affordable.

mike ventura was wonderful i drove him crazy for 7hrs he day i bought my car he never rushed me or pushed me into buying he really wanted me to find the car i loved and felt safest in. i have looked for 6months for a new car and have bee to many dealerships and meet with many sales people and i never was able to trust any of them i was very anxious entering your dealership and left not only at ease but with my brand new car in which i love!! i have already told many people about the service and i plan to tell more.thank you so much it was amazing!

My Wayne Mazda automobile purchasing experience was a very good, professional experience. My sales person was Manny Navarro. He was terrific. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He represents Wayne Mazda very well. I knew that I wanted to purchase a CX-5, it was just a question of where. I reached out to a number of dealers in the area and Wayne Mazda was, by far the most responsive. My first contact was by email from Samantha Weiss. She was extremely helpful and responsive. That got me in the door and to meet Manny. Wayne offered me the best purchase price and had a wonderful inventory to choose from. There were no games played and I got fair value for my trade in. Other than a push by the sales manager to go for an extended warranty, which I was not interested in, there were no hard sales. The ONLY complaint is that after completing my purchase, it took about 1.5 hours to get the car prepared. The dealership was very busy, but that was a bit disappointing.

Both excelled in their duties had followed up with me regularly and answered my questions. Manny handled my buying process in the most professional manner anybody can handle it. BE CAREFUL!!! Negotiated a price on the internet with clear e-mails back and forth, followed by phone calls with salesperson and manager. Drove more than 2hrs on a rainy saturday and wasted my weekend with this people, as at the last minute, Robert Kawczack and John Pujols, internet manager and general manager, tried to charge me $700.00 more than agreed in e-mails and phone calls. Having been in sales over twenty years, I only have one thing to say: SHAME ON YOU, WAYNE MAZDA, YOU PERPETUATE THE STIGMA OF A CAR SALESMAN!!

Wayne Mazda had two 2006 used Maitas on the lot. There was a gray one with approx. 60,000 miles and a blue one with approx. 30,000 miles. The gray one was priced at $15,000 and the blue one was priced at $17,000.

I requested a quote on the blue one and offered $15,000. They instead send me pricing for the gray one at $15,000. I called them up and let them know that it??s not the gray one I am interested in, but the blue one. They e-mailed me a quote of $15,595 on the blue one. I called up and said I will buy the car for $15,000. He said it was a deal, and I had him e-mail me the quote in writing. I confirmed that it was for the blue car and checked to stock numbers to make sure they matched.

I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, confirmed the price with the salesman and then took it for a test drive after thoroughly inspecting it. When I got back at the dealership to work up the papers I asked if they could fix a large scratch on the bumper or take another $100 off. At this point the salesman, who was very nice, went to the manager to talk things over. The salesman came back and said there must be a mistake, this must be the price is for the gray one. I showed him my e-mail, confirmed the stock numbers with him, and then printed it out. He brought it to his manager who came over to me and said that it was a mistake, but they can sell it for $15,995. He said they are losing money even at that price. I then left, angry and disappointed.

Moral of the story? Wayne Mazda is your typical sleazy car dealership when it comes to working the final numbers; its only redeeming quality was the great salesman. Yet car dealers wonder why they get such a bad rap?

I wish I read the reviews first. I got the exact same run around BS that allot of the others reviewing did. Sales man wanted me to sign a form that I would buy before we talked to the finance guy to see what interest rate we were getting. The sales man had to get the sales manager involved every step of the way. The vehicle was advertised as having keyless entry. It does, but the 1 yes 1 key we were given is a Home Depot copy with no remote. The bumper cover is broken and actually flaps at highway speeds. My garage pointed out to me it needs 4 tires ASAP and rear brakes ASAP. luckily I took it there before putting my wife and kids in this vehicle. WTF I guess I should have caught the tires and bumper but brakes, come on people. I guess I should have pulled the tires and inspected the brakes in the parking lot? Ive always bought used off lease vehicles. I have never, up until now, purchased a vehicle that needed replacement of a wear item. Very disapointed in the condition of the vehicle I purchased.
They use sleazy sales tactics, employ sleazy people. Buyer Beware.

I'm from Virginia and my car died while visiting NJ. I dropped off the car (with no appointment) on a Saturday afternoon. They had a diagnosis by mid-morning on Monday and the car was repaired that afternoon. All of the personel I dealt with in person and on the phone were friendly and competent.

LOL. I am actually in the process of shopping and have only been dealing with this group of people on the phone and via email. Watch out for BOGUS fees. Like a $399.fee for them calling one of THEIR banks to get you a loan. Oh and they will tell you that if you have poor credit then the bank that issues you a loan charges them $3000. so they have to add some of that to the price of the vehicle. A lot of BS.
I lost my car in a flood and have received sub-human service.

Their service department is the worst by far. I have been bringing my car to this service department since I bought car in 2003 however I will never ever bring my car there again! Every time car went in for one issue something totally unrelated was broken during repair. They actually cracked my dashboard in half and replaced it without telling me with the dash of another year model. Which would have been fine if the buttons would have lined up. After throwing a fit in the service department did a tech come out with me to see what I was talking about. That is just one incident. Most recently have brought the car in 6 times in 6 months for a noise in the front end. First it was an alignment, then I needed new tires (which I bought somewhere else), then no one there heard the noise, then it was 4 oil leaks which I had fixed, then front rear bushings, then they tried to tell me it was the control arms. After car was there for two days and no response from service dept. I went up there demanded my car back. After small run around I got car back. Went to another Mazda dealership who looked at car and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. Besides finding out that control arms were fine and struts were worn they also found the biggest D-bag move ever from wayne. When Wayne allegedly fixed my oil leaks they cracked my crank shaft sensor in pieces. Instead of replacing it they siliconed it back together!!!!! Now I have to have the oil leak fixed again properly. Top it off Wayne charged me for parts that they never put in my car. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor go to another Mazda! These people are lying coniving crooks that treat you like and idiot. You would be better off bringing your car to a zoo and letting the monkeys fix it!

Now I have to have the oil leak fixed again properly. Top it off Wayne charged me for parts that they never put in my car. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor go to another Mazda! These people are lying coniving crooks that treat you like and idiot. You would be better off bringing your car to a zoo and letting the monkeys fix it!

our experience was fine, but we did our homework before we went so there was no BS --I think our salesman was surprised by how much we knew what we were talking about..any large purchase should be researched first and then you won't run into some of the problems mentioned here..our salesman John Pujlos (sorry if spelling wrong) was not pushy and very respectful. They're the worse car dealership in town. My husband and I talk to Maleni and she told us to come down and everything are all ready, all we have to do is to pick the car. we we got there 1st they told us that she's not there even she there, second they really rude to us. we spend $90.00 for the taxi cab from and to our home. They're shark and don't trust this company. They will say anything to get you to there. They lie to us and they will lie to you as well.

Very pushy. Old-school tactics, like taking the key for your trade-in and not returning it so you can't leave. The salespeople have to go to the manager's desk every 4 minutes, and then drag him over all the time to squeeze you into buying right there and then.

They wouldn't give us a price on our trade-in until we agreed to purchase that moment. Kept stalling on giving us any details until we test drove and then signed in blood that we'd purchase.

Our salesperson was new and really nice, but he was bullied so much by the sales manager. When we had to leave and offered to come back later, the manager became all angry and said "Well, we've lost the sale, haven't we" when we pointed out that we'd happily come back later he said "You didn't buy today so it's a lost sale" and turned his back on us.

Being the world's largest Mazda dealer does not make them the nicest. Shame because their inventory and facilities seem really nice.

Unlike some of the reviews on Wayne Mazda I've seen I was actually fairly happy. Purchased a new 2009 Mazda3 hatchback for 16,500, well under invoice. They went all the way to a dealer in MA to find the exact color and options I wanted and even switched out the dash trim (black) with that of an '08 model (silver) because I liked the silver better. Of course they're a car dealer so you see some bull like them telling you it's a 5-star safety rated car when it's not, but do your research on your own before you ask dealers questions like that. Anyhow, props to Manny and the team at Wayne Mazda for beating my expectations of most car dealers.

I am ashamed to admit that I fell victim to the typical sleezy, pushy car dealer. I left a deposit on my credit card pending my husbands approval of the purchase. I was told that it was an easy phone call to credit my card if my husband didn't agree. I called the next day as we had a family emergency and needed to leave town unexpectedly. They told me they would credit my card right then. They didn't. It took a month and filing a claim with American Express to get my card credited. At one point the salesman asked me for my credit card information and said that he would take care of it. Something told me that wasn't right and I asked to speak with Wayne Mazda accounting. They didn't need my credit card information again because they had it. In hindsight, the salesman seemed a little too desparate for my liking. It's a shame. We would have eventually gone back there when we were finally ready but they whole experience has turned me off. I will never go back there. I will drive out of my way to go with a reputable dealer.
