33 E Car Wash Of Ocean

I visited ocean car wash, now called 33 east car wash and there is a major difference in the staff, service, quality and appearance. I have been going to this place for years, and they have always done a so so job. It looks like a husband and wife took it over and they have 3 other places (according to the business card) everyone is very friendly, the place is spotless, and my car came out great! They are going to be doing construction in the next few months, they have already changed most of the equipment inside so no more damaging cars, it is all new. Very pleased with the attention to detail.

My back seats windows have the sun shade for babies and a little bear hanging on top of the windows. After the car wash, I found a scratch on the right side window (around the middle, not where I hang the bear). So, I asked the people who cleaned the interior of what happened and what caused the scratch. They got the manager to "talk" to me. Before I even asked anything, that manager already started YELLING at me FOR NOTHING and then left without any explanation. I kept asking for a reason and she just wouldn't answer and even bounced back that it was my falut because I have a hanging bear. When I got home, I found out that many interior areas of my car were not even cleaned.

I paid to get a good service, instead, I received a scratch and yelling because I asked for a reason as well as many unfinished cleaning work.

Whoever this manager is, she is not qualified to be a manager and absolutely need to learn how to serve a customer.

The price was very low comparing to the others, but quality and services are really bad.

Soft bristled car wash is great for a quick clean up for your car. However, the quality of the cleaning is mediocre at best, and the vaccuming isn?t top quality at all. Prices can drop down to a bargain with the coupon flyers they always mail out, but if you want a great clean, go somewhere else!

Not at all pleased. It's great that they vacuum but they don't do a very good job. They also don't do a good job cleaning the inside. The outside gets scratched from their machines.

I used to get my car wash here frqunetly, but I do not like the quality. price is OK, but you can bring it to better price after applying coupon. They always send coupon in local flyer. Good things is it's not crowded.
