Mosaic Salon & Spa

I went there last year to get a gift certificates for family members. I received great customer service! My mother used the certificate and had nothing bad to say about the service. My husband used the certificate (massage) and loved it ! People working there were nice and attentive. I myself had a pedicure done. While it was done without any issues I did think it was a bit expensive for what was performed.

On the first appointment, they ran out of brown hair dye. On the second appointment, they put in the wrong color. On the third appointment, I got called a liar. Then, they WOULDN'T APOLOGIZE, MAKE A COLOR CORRECTION, OR GIVE A REFUND. This place is absolutely aweful and the women are clearly "catty." Be careful.

I've been going to Mosaic for about six years; always immaculate, treatments are excellent: salt rub massage, several kinds of facials, excellent waxing technicians.

Always found staff polite, knowledgeable, and not pushing a line of products.

Highly recommended by someone who's been to NYC spas and foreign Spas.

I've been going to this spa on and off for the past 7 years. I've never (and neither have any of my friends who also go), have ever had a bad experience here. I went to a different spa,in Cranford, because I got a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday, and had one of the worst spa experiences. From now on, Mosaic is the only spa I will ever go to again.
