My Dad spent a few weeks here after being hospitalized. The nurses and aides were very attentive to his needs (and desires, such as a PB and J sandwich late in the evening!) and caring and gentle. Dad was very happy with the food, as well. The only problem I encountered was an administrator who "crashed" a meeting I had with a Department head. She was argumentative and did not even introduce herself or tell me her title. Thankfully, her staff is far more professional than she is!
