I brought my small dog in to this clinic for a tooth cleaning,he was taken in and given an exam. Subsequently I was handed an estimate for the cleaning which was from $485 to$772. Since this quite a ridiculous price for this service,I said I would have to think about it,but then I was charged $52.00 for the exam that I had not requested. If I had properly been informed of the ludicrous charge for the cleaning ,prior to the "unnecessay" exam, I would have left immediately.
I believe that to avoid such types of misunderstanding,anyone who uses this facility should inquire what financial obligation they are incurring , prior to spending dollar one.
The above commentary should no way imply that the service performed by this facility is poor or inadequate, just that their business practices,and their help should be revised.

Not only did I wait 2 1/2 hours for the staff to pull blood from my cat as well as take 2 radiographs, but they charged me $155.25 for a chem, cbc & T4 when it only cost them $32.25. That's a 500% MARKUP!!! I totally understand they are a business and have to make money to pay their staff, but come on! The tech pulled the blood, spun it down, put it in a bag until the lab picked it up to perform the bloodwork. The doctor or tech didn't do a whole lot of work for them to charge such a ridiculous amount. I spoke to the owner, Dr. Lukianovich. He was rude, telling me I was dictating what he should charge his clients. But I wasn't, I was simply commenting that I planned to bring my other animals there, but now won't even consider it because for one, the way he called me was so incredibly rude, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and hung up on me and two he wouldn't even listen to the point I was trying to make. He had his mind made up on how the conversation would go even before he dialed my number. I spoke to Dr. Lukianovich the night before when he gave me the blood results and he was a total different person. In fact, I thought I spoke to someone else because he was so mean the second time I spoke to him. He confirmed it was him. Its almost like they will do/say what you want to hear when they are trying to get your money, but when you have a qualm they bite your head off. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to Marlton Animal Hosptial. I don't mind paying top dollar for excellent vet care, but when you are ripping people off right in front of their face, that is a whole different story. I have to say though, Dr. Honey Rothberg is the only reason why I went to Marlton Animal Hospital in the first place. She was referred to my by a dear friend and is an excellent vet. Its so sad that she sold her practice to such a money, hungry person who rips the clients off. So sad!!! I'll be surely getting this story around to the animal world.

We recently had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep, and the entire staff here were the most compassionate group of professionals I have ever met. Since then, we have taken one of our cats here and the doctor who treated him was excellent. She knew almost instantly what his problem was, explained to us how she knew that, and what to do for it. Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!

i have had dogs for over 50 years and rarely come across a group of vetinery professionals from the vet themselves to their staffs, to be as caring and concerned in treating my animals...the perticular vet, Dr. Like, who takes care of my dog most of the time almost never examines him on the table, but gets down on the floor with him to check him over, petting and sweet talking to him all the time

I have a dog that has had severe skin allergies since we moved to New Jersey from Philadelphia. I went to several different vets who all did the same thing. Dr. Reighn was the only one who thought what was going on with her was something more. It was. Tests revealed Bailey had Cushings Disease and she was immediately placed on several different medications to help her feel better.

They have taken excellent care of our Golden Retriever for 14 yrs. We've always been treated Professionally, quickly and curiously. Through one emergency situation, they took us right away and diagnosed the problem immediately. Our Golden went onto live a healthy and happy life with our children. Sadly, we recently had to put our pet to sleep. Dr Reighn-Peery and the whole staff treated our pet with such gentle kindness as well as our family through this most difficult time. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and to be there for our pet, and they comforted us in our grief. I would highly recommend their practice. All the Dr's are very knowledgeable and the staff is very warm, kind and caring. They truly love their job and it shows in how they treat there customers and their families.

I have been a customer for 13 years, both dogs and cats. All the vets are skilled. The office staff are incredibly warm, caring and friendly. They even have an animal rescue at the vet - Animal Lifeline. Their prices are in line with what other vets in the area charge, and I'd recommend them highly.

I took my dog her when he was a puppy. My appointment was for 12 o clock and I end up having to wait an half of an hour to get in.Hea also really didn't seem to like the place as her was very nervous and shaking. The doctor was ok but it was hard to understand her language. I have not gone back since.

We went to this vet for many, many years because of it's convenient location to our home. Finally, we had enough! First of all they are way overpriced. This place literally robs you blind. The receptionists are often rude, unhelpful and incompetent. You do not get a warm, cozy feeling when walking into this place. I don't think the doctors are first-rate. They misdiagnosed on several occasions. Since we have switched vets, we now realize how truly inadequate Marlton Animal Hospital was now that we have another vet to compare them to. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you had no other options.
