We've been taking our cats here for a couple of years now. The staff at the front has always been helpful. Dr. Bishnoi is not an honest doctor, however. He "slipped in" a penicillin injection for our cat without telling us, and then we had to pay for it. We had not agreed to this, and were very upset. At this time, with how bad things are with money, the way we were treated was disgusting. For the way he cheated us, we are going to find another, more honest practice to take our cats to. It's a shame that he gives this practice a "Barnum and Bailey," phony reputation. He makes money for the practice, but doesn't seem at all to care about the animals you bring. Even without him, it seems like this vet practice leaves much to be desired, from the other reviews there are on the internet.

We used to bring our dogs to this Animal Hospital. They were very nice, however they did not give my dogs the proper care that they deserved. I would not take my pet here, there are better animal hospitals in the area to go to.

I've gone to Emerson Animal Hospital 3 times now - each time getting different doctors who I really liked. Today I got Dr Muller and she was THE WORST. Rude from the minute I walked in the room. Upset about something in my dog's file that it wasn't up to date (that's not my problem, it's your offices) and then continued to make rude comments to me about how I cared for my dog. The doctor is there to educate you on how to care for your dog, not be condescending and judgmental. Stay away from Dr Muller - she's a rude obnoxiously lady. I won't be going to Emerson Animal Hospital again, they lost my business. What a (rhymes with) witch!
Pros: cute location
Cons: rude doctors, make you wait

I've been taking my dogs to Emerson Animal Hospital for years - for their routine exams, and for emergencies - and they have always shown the most care and sympathy for any situation we have, whether it be an injury, a spay/neuter, or just routine visits. They know our dogs' names, and it never smells like an animal hospital. The front desk is friendly, even though they're extremely busy. They have always accomodated any situation we've had, and they have an emergency phone number to call after hours.
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable, personable staff and doctors
Cons: Very busy office, but, very accomodating-sometimes you'll wait, but they always get you in.
