Any one who attended or had a child attend wilson grammar school in Lodi has been in and experienced the charm of Curioni's, or Walt's, which is located directly across the street. The friendly service of this small deli/pizza joint can not be beat. Seriously, you come out of there wondering why such friendly and welcoming service is not the norm at other establishments. And there is no better place to grab a sub.

The service is excellent, with very friendly family people. However, the pizza was nothing special. It was so flimsy that when you picked up the slice, it would flop over. Too much sauce and a powdery floury crust. There is definitely better pizza in Lodi than Curioni's.

Pros: Good people, good prices

Cons: Pizza not so good

Curioni's Pizza has been around since the 1920's. They make the best pizza in New Jersey. They are located off the beaten path but are certainly worth the trip.
