I purchased a living room set, bedroom set Ashley furniture and tables. The living room furniture i tested out as far as being comfortable and not sitting low to the floor was very nice. When I received my furniture it seemed as though I was sitting low to the floor. I called the company and they replace the cushions. I told them its not the cushions its the springs something is wrong with this furniture. They sent out to very rude men who told me there is nothing wrong with it. I did get mad with them but they would not replace the couch. They replaced the cushions. Twice. It was the spring in the couch not the cushions. Also the love set same way. Couch also riped. Very disappointed in the quality they need to change there name. Also the mattress I bought was a pillow top very expensive it was nice when we tried it out but it was making noises when you get on and off like the cheap mattresses do. This was not cheap and I let them know about this also and they said its what we ordered. I feel that they should of honored there furniture and stand by their name. God Don't Like Ugly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,my name is Tammy On 2/29/08 I bought a 3 piece reclining Sectional and a chair that also reclines, from the Williamstown store.Along with that purchase I bought a 3 piece table set.The sectional was 1197.00 the chair was 339.00 and the tables were 199.00 I paid cash that day and no Del. charge.That should have came to 1735.00 with tax $ 1856.45.Mariann was the women who help me.she over charged me in sales tax by $64.20 because the total on my paper work and what she charge me was $1920.65. I still have the papers to prove it.Although I paid for it back in Feb. it wasn't brought to me until April 15th,08 without my table.when I called about it, I spoke to a women name Dawn who was very nasty and couldn't give me a date when my tables would be here.When my husband and I opened our furniture,the arm of the sectional was riped,and the chair was lean to one side.I called about it and once again spoke to Dawn and this time she was yelling and was very rude with me. she said what do you want me to do? I said send out another couch.By that time she then put a man name Ron on the phone who then started to yell and swear at me and say their was no doubt in his mind that I riped the couch myself.So we did get into it and I said I wanted my money back and he refused to give it back to me. still no tables I canceled them and on 6/30/08 they brought me another couch.But not the same one a smaller one and said it was the same price. I told them I didn't want it I wanted my money back and Ron said your not getting it.So I do have the furniture in my house til this day.I did tell him I would see him in court and he said do what ever you have to and hung up on me.But I had no money for court, so I didn't push the issue. I would never buy from their company ever again Please tell all your friend, what happened to me.I feel everyone who bought from them should get a full refund, we should all get together and sue.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews so I felt I had to add my experience. I purchased a 2-pc livingroom set a couple years ago and I'm very happy with it. I found all the people working there very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time there talking with them. They were also very friendly to my two young sons and entertained them at the front desk while I shopped. I had put the furniture on layaway with a small deposit and never made another payment for six months... and then it took another six months to pay it off. They never harassed me and my set was still waiting for me. Delivery was on time and the set is VERY comfortable and looks great. I am now looking to purchase more furniture and Quality is the first place I'm heading.

By law, your mother had 3 business days to cancel ANY contract she may have signed with the furniture company. Call a lawyer or take them to small claims court yourself. They count on people like your mother to just go away upset and leave their deposit there.

These people are unbelievable. My 65 year old mother went in on a Friday and left a $100 deposit for a bedroom set. On Saturday, she went in to cancel the order (decided she couldn't afford it). She was told that the set was already on a truck from Wisconsin (Memorial Day Weekend), and that they wouldn't give her the money back.

She spoke with someone on the phone who left her crying to the point where she had to hang up the phone. She was being screamed at and belittled.

I called and spoke to "Ron" (I think he lied about his name). He was exactly the same with me. I asked him if they couldn't just sell the set in the future, and he said of course but who was I to tell him what his stock should be.

Half way through the call, I did a quick search and saw all the negative reviews. I then said, "well, I see what the problem is, apparently you're not a very good company". "Ron" then told me how very proud I should be that I know how to use a computer.

Absolutely horrible people. I can't believe that they are even a legitimate business.

My mother wondered if she would be able to use the $100 towards something else. I told her I'd give her the money not to ever step in the store again. They are obviously very short on cash, so aside from their horrible customer service, I wouldn't be sure there aren't other things going on???? Stay FAR away.

I have dealt with quality furniture for the past 10 years and have come to rely on them for all of my furniture needs. They are willing to work on price and are extremely flexible with deliveryoptions. If you don't see what you like in one of their many showrooms you can search through books or look at other stores and then order through them for a much better price. The manager Dawn was friendly and helpful with me and I enjoy working with her! I definitely recommend them. For those with negative remarks, maybe you should remember you get what you pay for and perhaps you are overly rough on your furniture. ~AE~

i bought a recliner sofa, the foot rest the cushion is all messed up, the lining of sticking is not straight, and when you push in the foot rest the one side is puffier than the other side. So i had called and told them i wanted someone out there to look at it, they said they would have a service tech come out, but the delivery people came out and went back and told the manager that there wasn't anything wrong. i am not happy with this sofa and how it's made, it's a manufacture problem, now i will take a pic of it and have my lawyer be involved. The manager of the service dept is very nasty, and treats you like you are a piece of dirt. I'll never ever spend money here again. i hope this will help other people do the same. i spend over 1200.00 and this is what kind of service i get from discounty quality furniture!!

I have bought alot of furniture here over the past 10 years. They have very reasonable prices and the furniture is really nice. For a small fee they will deliver your items to you. They also have a layaway program that you can use for up to 6 months.
