I bought two vehicles from Windsor Nissan. The first one was in the summer of 2009. It was a preowned blue 1995 Suburban diesel. We put thousands of dollars into this truck. Jeez, one day I was driving it and the alternator fell off. It was used so I was on my own. I called the dealership and they offered to "help me out". I said ok, I'll take my lumps and buy a new Titan. We wanted a black crew cab with four wheel drive. They didn't have one so the salesman said he would locate one. I said great! The next day, I was told that they found me a truck and it would be there in a day or so. It was not black. I made it clear that I wanted a black one. Either way he gave me a price on the gray one.The price was fine, but I need a black one. Meanwhile, I checked around myself for a black one and found one much closer to home. (Windsor Nissan is 2 hours away) The price I was quoted was actually less than Windsor Nissan's price. So I called to cancel the deal. Whoa, wait a minute. we have a black one here now, It's gorgeous! It comes with chrome step rails, You'll love it! So now I'm being quoted 26k with my trade. Fine, I'll be down saturday with the Suburban. Saturday was the the day of the big snowstorm. I was hesitant in making the trip that day. I called the salesman and he assured me that everything would be ready for me. He would have me in and out. When I got there, I was shown the truck, It was nice, but I really needed to get back home so I said, " are you ready for me?" Not quite. I sat down to go through the paperwork and now the truck is $5000 more than I was quoted. I wanted to cancel the deal and just go home. The finance mgr. went to see what he could do. we went around and around and I wound up reluctantly buying the truck for a few thousand more than I was quoted. (hey, its a nice truck and I didn't want to take a chance driving the suburban all the way back home that day). When I got home, my wife said to me"sweet, but where are the chrome step rails?" I looked in the truck and found the dealer option card stating that they were put on the truck, so I wasn't imagining it. I called the dealership and I was told that I didn't pay for them so they took them off. It would have been nice if they disclosed to me that they were going to remove things from the truck. But they didn't and at this point Windsor Nissan will never see my business again. If you're looking for a vehicle, just go elsewhere. They say one thing and do another. Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience. No one needs a dealer that is determined to screw you over behind your back. One more thing, as of this writing, our temporary registration has expired and we still don't have our plates. Thank you Chris Forzani, for all your help. ( I noticed the Suburban is now for sale on your lot. I hope you fixed all the problems with it, probably not)

Back in June 09 I requested an internet price on a Nissan Titan.I got a very quick responce and a great price from Jennifer Nelson. Had an experiance that I've never had at a dealership before, it was both fun and pleasureable. Love my new truck and I'm quite sure I will go back when I need another vehicle. John Porzl

I almost gave up looking for a truck after visiting Windsor Nissan. The salesman was hurried, curt, unprofessional and discourteous. The sales manager was rude, offensive and verbally threatening, it was bizarre since his fits of rage were unprovoked and in clear view and earshot of other staff and customers. I assume that this was normal business practice for him. His childish outbursts were just as comical as they were unbelievable. I never heard so many "F" words directed at me in general, let alone by a "professional." The salesman and staff made numerous errors in pricing the vehicle and when the deal was supposedly said and done, the salesman incessantly reminded me how I supposedly got the better end of the deal and that they lost money on this sale. How is that professional? Then they contacted me the next day claiming that they made an error in pricing, (they claimed that they undercharged me) all of this after the paperwork was signed and I left with the vehicle, I told them (without argument) that they could have the vehicle back, I had it and didn't want to have anything to do with them. When I returned the truck, I received no apologies, instead I was accused of being a liar for their mistakes. Unbelievable! These guys do not know how to operate a business, nor do they have the social skills to interact with human beings. Now I know why they have a D- rating through the Better Business Bureau!
Jennifer, thanks for attempting to reach out and make things right, but unfortunately management is the issue. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Nissan corporation and soon with the state of NJ. Chris Forzani has some serious issues that extend beyond poor impulse control. His level of maturity and judgment is seriously impaired. The behavior that he displayed was not only untoward, but intentionally malicious and threatening. The fact that he went to such extreme measures to intimidate and verbally berate me speak volumes of his character. Windsor Nissan needs to seriously look into the behavior and practices of this man. I have a feeling that I'm not the only customer treated this way by him. I have no ill will towards him or the dealership, but for the sake of future customers I am warning everyone about my experience as I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I also think Nissan should evaluate the overwhelming negative BBB ratings of this dealership and examine the root cause(s) of the poor customer service, if they bother to do this, they will find the source and I think the current staff already have a fair idea of who/what that source is.

I recently leased a new 2009 Nissan Altima from your establishment In the month preceding this I had been to 3 other Nissan dealers including Somerset Nissan, North Plainfield Nissan, and Acme Nissan where my experiences left me honestly wanting to dump my current lease and never own another Nissan vehicle again. Their customer service left a lot to be desired, and frankly they were rude and dishonest from the moment I set foot in the dealership.
At Windsor Nissan I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Rich Bell and Business Manager Eric Rodriguez and I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment I set foot in the door I felt welcome, comfortable with the staff, and confident that my needs would be met. The excellent customer service began on the phone and continued across the entire 3 days that I spent managing the return of my 2006 Altima lease and leasing the new 2009 Altima. I have nothing but complements for both of these gentlemen and they made my leasing experience absolutely fantastic. Mr. Bell spent hours working with me to get me exactly what I needed in terms of car, accessories, and budget. He was courteous, honest, and extremely patient with me and this has completely altered my impression of the car buying experience. In my opinion Mr. Bell went above and beyond to give me the absolute best car leasing experience. Mr. Bell deserves to highest recognition as not only a valuable asset to your company, but also for the fine salesman that he is.
Mr. Rodriguez also spent a significant amount of time working with me to ensure that my leasing experience was wonderful. He even went as far to assist with the questions and concerns that I had above and beyond my financial matters. His customer service skills exceed anything I have ever come across and I believe that he is also a very valuable asset to your organization.
It is because of these two gentlemen that Nissan has kept a customer. I was honestly ready to go to Honda or Mazda in favor of ever owning another Nissan again because my experiences had been so terrible at the other 3 dealers. I think the service and efforts of these two men should be acknowledged by you dealership. I read on your website that your dealership has a commitment to honesty, integrity, and fabulous customer service and Mr. Bell and Mr. Rodriguez achieved that!
I will never go to another Nissan dealer for as long as I own a Nissan vehicle because I know that I am truly a valued customer at Windsor Nissan.

Ms. Nelson.
I can absolutely tell you that my shopping experience with you and Windsor Nissan was exemplary. All of the other dealerships that I communicated with and visited should take a page out of your Business format.
Windsor Nissan made ME feel special from my initial contact with you to the day that i was introduced to John Lowenthal.
I have to admit that before I walked into your dealership I thought that Windsor Nissan was going to treat me like all the others.
Obviously you did not and you earned my business!
Thanks to you, my sales associate John, and to Windsor Nissan for re-establishing my faith in the Auto retail business.
Sincerely,
J.R.
Proud new owner of a 2009 "Windsor Nissan" Altima

We bought Altima 2.5 S through Windsor Nissan last week and was pretty impressed with their service and their work.Starting with Jennifer's quick response to my inquiry and she has given the best deal at the first shot.We bought the same car for the same quote/price after 3 weeks.Pleased working with Sales People and Finance team. Before doing business with them,i spoke with couple of people who were waiting in the waiting room, while their car is being serviced.I got a very good feed back from them, reg their service and Quality.but they also mentioned that the price for servicing /service is little high than other dealers.Had the Best service and the Whole Team that works there were friendly.

The best dealership I have ever done business with. Starting with Jenn's quick response to my inquiry, and the follow up by my sales rep. George. John in finance pushed everything trough with no headaches and the deal was made with in an hour. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. I live in North Jersey and would not hesitate to drive down to purchase another car from them. Doing business with them was a pleasure.

I had emailed Windsor Nissan to get an Internet price on an 09 Rogue and had clearly specified what I was looking for. I get a a quote back from Jen their Internet Manager on a Rogue - but with the wrong specifications. So I asked her to clarify her price and all she comes back with is that her price did not include what I was looking for. Uh, ya think? She couldn't even take the time to send me a new quote, work with me on my given budget or offer suggestions on my search. I'm glad I have narrowed down my list of dealers and and can quickly move past working with Windsor Nissan as I continue my search.

A few years back we purchased a Saturn Vue from Windsor Nissan and til date I am still satisfied with our purchase! In the five years since we've made our purchase, there has not been a single issue with the Vue. During the purchasing process, everyone who we encountered at Windsor Nissan went above and beyond in order to ensure that we were satisfied with the car we purchased and the experience that went with this.
With the help of the sales team, we were able to find a car that suited our lifestyle perfectly. Because of this and the honest and professional service we experienced, we refer anyone who is looking to purchase a new car to Windsor Nissan.

My family was in need of a replacement for our 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. We had a fairly tight budget, but wanted a new car. We were able to purchase a 2007 Pathfinder SE for a terrific price. Staff was very professional, and most importantly very honest (i.e. gave us the rundown on the different packages, insurances, etc without hardselling us). We were in and out with a new car within an hour.

I was internet shopping for a new Nissan Rogue, and came across Windsor Nissan. I emailed the dealership, and Jenn, their internet manager contacted me right away. She explained the difference between the 2 models for me, and offered me pricing. She even went out of her way to compare the Rogue to the Toyota I was also shopping. She was so helpful, and honest, I scheduled an appointment to come in. She saved me so much time, and did most of my research for me. If you are looking for a new Nissan, email her before you waste your time at other dealerships. You will not be disappointed!

I bought an Xterra from Windsor Nissan and I have to say the salesman provided one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. He knew the product inside and out ( I have fiund over the years that many do not), gave me a purchase and great trade-in price and even entertained my 11 year old son who had accompanied me. The facility was spotless and the staff very professional. No complaints, all praise here. jk

My wife and I were fluctuating between two dealorships for our new Murano and were won over by the professionalism, courtesy, and staff at Windsor Nissan. From the moment we walked into the dealorship to the moment we drove off with our new vehicle, we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. There were none of the high pressure tactics that we encountered with the other dealorship, and answered all our questions with honest and straight forward responses that seem to be in rare supply these days. Great showroom and service department were also key factors in our buying decision. Purchase price was also well below the quoted price at the other dealorship. We highly, highly recommend Windsor Nissan to anyone seeking a quality car at a great price matched by an outstanding staff of professionals.

I loved the whole experience they were great!!!! I was at three other dealers and didn't get treated with the respect I felt I deserved. The whole used car mentality at the other dealers was horrible. I found a home at Windsor Nissan.

I purchased my car from Windsor Nissan after looking at comparable products at other dealerships. Not only was Windsor Nissan's the lowest price, but the attentiveness of the salesman ensured that I got the product I wanted at the best price. Because my sales experience was so wonderful, I have continued to utilize Windsor for service of my vehicle. While they are a little more expensive that the no-name shop near my home, I gladly travel the extra 30 minutes. The service deprtment is excellent. Every time I bring in my car it is reapaired in a proffesional and timely manner. Once, I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and the mechanic identified a faulty piece of equipment that should be covered under warranty. Not only did they replace the part at no cost to me, but they also arranged for loaner car and dropped me off. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am confident that all repairs were done correctly. Again, the service costs a bit more, but for the piece of mind of a high quality job it was undoubtly worth it.

I needed a car badly. When i went in i thought i would not even be able to get a new car but i had to try and see what i was eligible for. Surprisingly it came to be something i can afford in a car i always wanted to drive. The people there were great in assisting me in me choice and very helpful. Even the employees who didnt help me were very friendly. They made sure i was ok while i waited and checked on me every few minutes. I would gladly recomend this place to anyone needing a new vehicle. Hopefully i can bring them great business. I am very satisfied! Thanks Windsor Nissan!

Windsor Nissan is the only dealership I will ever go to. My high expectations were not only met in the sales department but also in the service department as well. I would recommend that if your looking for a new Nissan or a used car you go to them before anyone else!
