Best burgers in the world! Terrific salads. Onion soup warms body and soul. Don't see something on the menu you want? Ask for it; you'll probably get it

This place had very good home-style food with friendly staff. The menu was not that expensive and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant because it was delicious and a memorable experience.

The dining room in the Sitting Duck is built around a "sunken" bar/kitchen - if you're paying attention, you can watch many parts of your meal being prepared. The menu at the Sitting Duck is designed for the needs of a neighborhood place -- for haute cuisine look elsewhere. The food, ranging from burgers through prime rib (with forays into common seafood) is competently prepared and moderatly priced. Service is average as is the decor/ambiance.

Nightly dinner specials are available and follow a fixed, weekly rotation. Off-street parking is ample.
