When my husband and I went to search for our first home we didn't have much money. I was researching rates and came upon Countrywide on the web. They had calculators to estimate what your closing costs would be and some fees were waived according to the site. When we spoke to the staff at Countrywide, we found out we could get a house using a no docs loan. We didn't have to go searching through old paperwork to give them. -And yes, the fees were waived according to the website.

The closing process was ssooooo easy. They were always available for questions did a great job for us. I loved them!

My husband and I are in the market to finally buy a new home so I called Scott Meares at Countrywide to help us find out how much we would qualify for and what we need to do. Scott was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions so I understood the process. Also, they were able to inform us of what we would qualify for right over the phone and we able to get us a letter to show realtors in just a few days. The whole process was simple and very professionally handled. I would definitely recommend Countrywide to any of my friends.
