Apple Store

I always find myself fascinated everytime I'm in the Apple Store at Tices Corner. It is so streamlined and easy to get around, yet it doesn't feel intimidating in the slightest bit.

First thing that's noticeable is how friendly and helpful the staff is upon entering the store. Plus, they are extremely knowledgeable on their products.

The Genuis Bar at the back of store is exactly that... a stroke of genuis! Any problems, any troubleshooting needed on your computer can be taken there. Just make an appointment at the front desk and wait your turn. Downside is that it can take an hour before you are called.

The layout is magnificent as it is easy to find whatever you need. Also, there are seminars that people can attend on using your Mac more efficiently.

Anything you need for your Apple computer can be found in one place, and this is the place for it.
