This spot has been here for a long time and still running. They have a variety of Islamic attire for the whole family. You can also purchashed something to eat while you buying something to wear. Not far from the shopping area in East Orange.

This store has always been one of my favorites when I used to live in East Orange. I knew of the owner when I used to go to the Islamic school and he used to sell sandwiches, lunches, and snacks to the students, parents, faculty, and visitors out of his van. I've watched his business flourish since then. His turkey breast, turkey pastrami, and fish in a minute sandwiches were ALWAYS delicious and I'm seriously missing them now that I don't live in NJ anymore and they don't know how to make good subs down here. I was glad to get one on a recent visit. He also sells some groceries, candies, drinks, and other prepared hot foods.

Also, on the other section of the store, he sells Islamic garments for men, women, and children. I just bought my son a nice thobe there and he still wears it a year later. I can also find the nice Amirah style khimars for my daughters and jilbabs (overgarments) for myself for a reasonable price. Anytime I visit NJ, I make sure to stop in to get those local things I can't get where I live now.

One thing that is a problem is finding a place to park. Since the new development in that area of East Orange, the parking lot in the back is no longer there because they built some houses there. There also isn't much street parking there as there are other businesses right in that area to share those few spaces.
