Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I gave a description of what I was looking for and was shown exactly that. Truly an excellent experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a bike especially if you are just getting into the sport. Great shop for the beginner or the advanced as well as for the triathlete. Always happy to help and they do an excellent job with tune ups and repairs!

Between my husband and I we have purchased three bikes from these guys and wouldn't go anywhere else! I felt that they were very honest with me and they put me in a bike that was very affordable and in fact the perfect fit for what I wanted to do.
I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone. If you need work done to your bike, these guys do an amazing job and will have you back on two wheels in no time.

The staff here was extremely helpful in helping us find a bike for my daughter. Answered all her questions and had a lot of patience. When you buy a bike here you get free service on it for life which is a plus.

We ordered Two Trek Bikes, One of which was a road bike. First, the guy tried to sell me the next bike up because he couldn't get the bike I wanted in. Then, when we said no thenk you, all of a sudden he could get the one I wanted in within a week. He said he would call us.. After a week and a half, I called him, he didn't even remember the order! Then, he did and said the bike wouldn''t been in for another month! I said we said we would take the next one up. HE said it would be a week and he'd call us. The day after he said he'd, I had to call the shop because we didn't recieve a call. THen said the bikes would not be ready until the next day. We canceled the order.They said they'd give us a free water bottle. We casnceled the order.

we went to this bike shoppe recently go get some parts for my oldest sons bikes- with the costs of some bikes anymore they are just not disposable - a new one can cost alot of money - so this store lets you replace a part rather than buy a whole new bike . And stores like toys r us - Kmart etc no longer carry bike parts the way they use to .
They really know what they are doing here -their prices are great and they even have some great bike accessories and bikes that they sell in the store too.
