This establishment is a great place to have catering done for a party. The food is good and reasonable and the people that own the company are friendly and helpful.

This market is located in proximity to my workplace, making it a most popular stop for my colleagues and I. Great Foods is a wonderful, small market that offers fresh food to customers six days a week.

Great Foods offers organic fruits and vegetables, specialty cheeses and food items like candies and snacks, and seafood. You can order a helping of prepared chicken, seafood, or salads at the back counter. There is a soup offered daily that the staff will helpfully heat up for you.

When you enter, there is a refrigerated section where prepared wraps and other food choices beckon the customers. Many come here to select packaged homemade soups, salads, and meals for dinner. I've been a huge fan of their chicken fingers that they package complete with honey mustard.

The top draw for the lunch crowd is the mutable salad bar station, which features fresh ingredients that change daily. The homemade tuna is out of this world and has finely shredded carrots included that boost your vitamin intake. There are several cubed cheeses, salad greens, and specialty choices available at the salad bar. It's hard not to fill the large aluminum plate to the brim. There are several sized plate options for you to choose from when you select your salad bar meal. Be wary if you choose the largest aluminum plate--often it leaks if you have used the balsamic vinegar as a dressing option. Hold the plate flat when you leave!

Prices depend on the weight of what is purchased and don't be surprised to find you have spent almost ten dollars on a salad and a water after loading up on greens. They have health food options in the beverage section, which is appreciated when usually surrounded by carbonated choices.

Great Foods also has an active catering business and the trays they assemble for parties are both decorative and plentiful. They are especially busy around the holidays with their catering jobs. Call ahead if you plan to secure their services!

Ample parking is in the back of the strip
