Our car was towed during the recent storm right from Belleville just a couple of miles, if that. The towing was very expensive and the damage to our car and cost of repair has left us without a car until we are able to fix it. I suggest everyone go one step further and file a complaint with the Attoney General,, Better business ect..

Twin towing was by far the worst experience I ever had.. They were rude on the phone. More importantly they were supposed to tow my car to the repair shop but instead just towed it to their lot.. Because they did this I had to pay an extra 80 dollars to get it re towed to the correct location... They are super expensive as it is and they cheat you out like that. Its ridiculous.. even worse they stole my ipod off the front seat.. Between the darkness and all the chaos I had forgotten to take out my ipod.. they took it out of the cassette car plug in, left that on the front seat, but took the ipod.. then they proceeded to rudely ask me "why would you leave it there?" uhhh.. why would you guys take it? why couldnt i leave it there? oh yeahh because you are total DIRTBAGS

TERRIBLE PEOPLe, TERRIBLe COMPANY. EXTREMELY RUDE, PRICES A SUPER HIGH, COST US $375 14 MILES TOWING PLUS $125 1 HOUR LABOR PLUS $ 200 USED TIRE RIM. OUR TOTAL BILL WAS $722.60. WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Honestly you are all a bunch of complainers, Twin Towing is great and you need to get a life every, one who I talked to was extremely nice in a difficult time for me. And my tow was very inexpensive and their response time was great. There is not much more that you can ask from an amazing towing company like this. I recomend Twin Towing to every one.

My car got stuck in Clifton, NJ and needed a tow. Called Twin Towing in Clifton, but the person answering was very RUDE and SHORT with me on the phone. Asked her name and she said LISA. This person needs guidance in answering the phone. She said I need to speak quickly being her quitting time is 5PM. What a RUDE person. She needs to be FIRED and you certainly need some qualified help when phones are being answered. As they are the ones who set the stage for your company. Truly get staff that likes to work and doesn't speak RUDELY to CUSTOMERS. This is a good way to loose business.

I called AAA to have my car towed I got stuck during the storm on the Turn-Pike. The individual that I spoke with was very rude and short. Don't know how this will turn out until I get un-stuck and home safe and sound. The Saga Continues...

Twin Towing caused $1200 worth of damage to my car and they refused to admit it. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. I would stay as far away from this company as you can.

I used Twin Towing on Saturday after an unfortunate breakdown. I was just 5 miles from home. Only waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive and was really surprised at the charges. Only $25 for a hookup and the driver only charged me for 3 miles (even though it was more). and he was nice enough to drive around my complex for a few minutes till we found a suitable place to drop the car. Did not charge for the mileage or hassle for driving around the complex. I was really surpised I got my car home and in a good spot for less than $40. I will keep their # in my car just in case.

PROS: Very Inexpensive, friendly driver, quick
