Found it my mistake when me and my cousin Giancarlo were hungry on way home from a Mass at OLPH. Giancarlo was really impressed as he speaks no Engliah and the owner Joey was fluent in Italian Engliah and Spanish and he made a calzone for him that you could almost die for. For me, my friend, a capicola hoagie and sweet potato fries hit the spot. Don't tell but we also had 2 cannoli's a piece and they were fresh; first time I saw the cannoli shells individually sealed for freshness. Overall, I wouldnt wear a suit here but for relaxed dining it is a gem in a small town. I understand the Sub Shoppe has been around since the early 1960's...no wonder.

This is a hidden treasurer, you can almost pass it with out realizing its there. Friendly, warm and inviting the first time you walk in it feels like you walked in to the past. An array ready to eat pizza greet you and the aroma surrounds you, What an experience to have, and the prices are resalable you can have a meal, and still leave with money in your pocket. I will be back time and time again.

I was lost trying to get to the Turnpike and found this place. I was really hungry. I was going to eat a hoagie but then I saw this man Joe finishing up a perfectly roasted pork roast and it smelled great. Joe said he could make me a roasted pork sandwich with provolone cheese or a roasted pork sandwich mixed in his own BBQ sauce. I chose the BBQ pork and he even toasted the roll. Heavenly. I took a hoagie without oil back to Rockville with me and it was great . It had to be 28 inches. You people in Maple Shade are really lucky to have such a great place to eat at low prices. Oh, Joe is so hot and nice too.

I ate here in 1966 and this really brings back a ton of memories. The owner Joe uses the same recipes for everything and it really has great food. He makes the chicken salad fresh to order while you wait he cooks cooks a chicken breast and then uses that fresh breast to make your chicken salad. The hoagies and steaks are one step above everyone else. Plus, the family that runs it are hard-working, honest and delighful people. THE BEST!
