I highly recommend Cafe Panache. Make your reservations ahead of time, a week or two at least if possible. It's a tiny place. On the pricey side but WELL worth it!
I do birthday or anniversary dinners there every couple of years. (Save your pennies.) ;)

Cafe Panache is located on Main Street in Ramsey. Reservations are recommended because it is a very small restaurant. The food was excellent and they call it an "eclectic" menu. It's a bit pricey, but it's a very nice restaurant to go to for a special occasion as the ambience is wonderful and the food fantastic.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. Remember to book early and confirm your reservation. It's a BYOB. They have their own parking lot. You can order the usual steak but they have sushi grade tuna on the menu sometimes and lots of French flair. Delicious!
