Knoblock Auto Body

I had bought my car into the shop to get body damage repaired on a monday afternoon and by wednesday the car was already being painted. I couldn't believe my eyes. There was a lot of damage done to my car. $ 3000.00 +++ worth. The people at KNOBLOCK's are a WORLD CLASS place and it is really GREAT to see the love and pride that they have in them self's . From day 1 to the end.

My car should have taken 1 month to repair and it is now 2.5 months and counting. Everyday I get a new excuse for why the car is not ready with the promise that it will be finished "tomorrow." It was supposed to be finished "tomorrow" for over a month now. The secretary claims to have left messages about my car, but I have not yet received any. She also offered to send me e-mails and pictures of my car's progress, but I have not yet received any of those either. They apparently did not have the expertise to fix my car and so it had to be sent out to another garage. Skip the hassle and the frustration. Don't waste your time going to Knoblock.

Our car was in an accident and for the second time we too it to theis body shop. The small repaires that needed to be done were completed in 2 weeks, noone called to explaine, i had to call every other day to find out what is wrog and the answer was always - its' a insurance holding it. We didn';t have a rental, so it was very bad experience, not to mention that they have bad hours to pick up the car.
