Nancy S. sorry you had such a negative experience with our company and me, with that said I would like to respond to your post.
1.The inspections that you cited are not done by us but by your association??s architectural committee which we have no control over. You might want to consider volunteering for it in the future so you can see how the inspections are performed. This year over 150 notices were sent out on behalf of this committee.
2.The landscapers are hired by the Association and chosen by the board and yes many of the workers are usually from countries south of the USA which is the case for most large landscaping companies in the NJ/NY area. The owner of the landscaping company has the responsibility to verify Social Security cards etc.
3.99% of the time you can get us by phone and we have a 24 emergency system.
4.I can??t address your auto debt problem without knowing more about it. Please give me a call and I will look into your situation.

I have lived in Hidden Lake since 2005. I have found this management company to be the worst I have ever dealt with. It is nearly impossible to get a human being on the phone. When you do, they are rude and not helpful. The owner of the company is nasty and doesn't care one bit about our complex. They are very selective about who they write up every summer for architectural violations. I have neighbors whose facias have been unpainted for 4 years, yet I was cited for screw holes from a flag the former owner had put up. 3 trees had been removed from my property in the years since the complex was built, yet I had to buy my own trees to fill in the open spaces that were left, Premier refused to do it. Their landscapers are illegal immigrants who come in and just shear the tops of the shrubs off, and take so many branches off that the shrub looks dead. I am in the process of fighting with them about extra unauthorized funds they debited from my checking account for my maintenance fee. I wish we could get someone else to look after us.

I have lived in a townhouse/condo in Village Commons in Flemington New Jersey for the past 5 years that has been run by Preferred Property Management. They are a complete nightmare of a company. Our monthly Association fee is $235.00 and has risen every year and as quickly as the place has deteriorated. If you need something fixed as important as a falling deck it takes around 2 months for them to even look at it, the another month to fix. Here is a basic rundown on the place: The walkways are all uneven, and dangerous, at least ten brick chimney's are falling, rick by brick and could even kill you if you walk under them, and have been like that for at least a year, 80% of the concrete walkways and common areas are extremely uneven and dangerous, the brick stairs are falling apart, Four large trees have had limbs fall and damage cars, many people have fell because of the structure, and the place looks like it belongs in the ghetto. Then there are at least 2-3 $250 "assessment" fees a year. They claim there is no money to fix everything because there are very few units. Do the math: are 94 units and at $235.00 a month thats $22,090.00 a month, $265,080.00 without the assesment feea year and they claim they are broke. I've spoken to residence who have lived there since it was built in 1986 and they say that there have been only a fixes to keep it from totally falling apart. Someone please help

This management company has been running my condo complex for the last few years and all they do is cost us money. I am sickened by the way the don't care about the grounds and how poor the service on the phone is. They do not respond to problems or questions and do nothing to support the local board for the development. They just charge the fees and you never see them until its time to get somemore money out of you. We will be making a change as soon as we interview new Management companies

PROS: None
CONS: do nothing rude
