I thought this place was great when I first saw it. The location was perfect as we lived within one mile. We had our son's 1st b-day party here with 150 guest. I paid $90.00 for clean up which is a normal fee that they charge. Additionally, I paid $50.00 for a second person for clean up because I had more than 75 guests. In total I paid $140.00 for clean up. At the end of my party when most of the guests had left and the cleaning had just began, the staff of two men (in their late 70s) started insulting us and started yelling at us. They were not happy that they had to clean up. I told them to relax and that we (my family and the remaining guests) would help them clean up. However, that was not good enough for them. They continued to insult us by staying this is disgusting. Pigs live like this. This is a mess. They have never seen a party like this. And for us to never come back. Even though this was a kids party and a mess is expected, the place was not that messy. All we had was some balloons, party hats for the kids. All they had to do is pick up the table cloths with what ever was on it and throw it out. We had about 15 tables. So that is about 15 table cloths. Then had to put away the tables and the chair and vaccum. That is all that they had to do. And we were there to help. I lost my temper when one of the staff while my husband was still eating tried to take his plate to throw out. My family and friends who stayed behind to help were so upset that they said for us to leave and not help them clean up since we were paying them to clean anyway. However, we didn't do that. We stayed till the end and help the two men clean up. We even asked them if we can help them put away the chairs and the tables. I don't know why they did what they did, but at the end one of the men did apologize. However, it was too late. My son's first b-day party was flawless up until the end. Lastly, I learned of this after the party was over that the both men were insulting and rude to our kitchen staff during the party. The entire rental of this place cost me $813.00. I know they are plenty of places in the area which are much cheaper and with far more friendlier staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your money else. At the end of the day all you want is that your event goes without any problems. And at this place, that is not likely to happen.

Pros: My family and friends will never use this location.

Cons: Staff was simply horrible.
