Bmw Of Morristown

Drive in a due service on my 330i 47k in Oct/09, I was there also with a noise underneath my car. That's when all the nightmare started.

Advisor Nicole Finocchio was not helping at all. Don't know or try to know what the problem was and all she could do is rephrase what's said on the diagnosis sheet, no explanation at all.

Service manager Bill Vanderberg delivered a lousy service to understand what a customer needs. All I needed was to save my time and trips to other dealership and have it done while he couldn't care more about his blackberry and talking on the phone while I was sitting right in front of him.

However I do appreciate the technical mechanic named Jason trying to help me the best he could while my visit. He is very detail-oriented and polite, even shown me some printout about where the problem occurred to my car. Nice tech if he works your case.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! All you could get under warranty covered is oil change and wiper refill, but nothing more than that. Is this what I deserved a 4-yr/50k warranty for, I don't think so.

Oh, on a second note, the follow-up call for survey was a joke. They give you a fake extension and contact so that they could avoid from you sabotaging their jobs. The lady named Kim called and left a voicemail 973-455-0700 ext. 220 in my cell. When I called back, turned out it is Morristown, but no such lady or extension per se. BE AWARE!

I would not recommend Morristown BMW. Horrible service. After purchasing my car, within 6-months I experienced trouble and have been experiencing it ever since. First I had to replace the breaks, then the gas tank, then the radiator, basically, Im rebuilding the car. Shop around and at all cost avoid this place!
