Hollywood Nails

I have been going here for about 10 years. Yen is the MAN!!! I get pink and white acrylic with the UV gel. They always come out awesome.. and whenever I get them done some place else randomly I am always disappointed. In my own opinion this is the best place around to get your nails done.. GO YEN!!!

i got an acrylic and they didn't make any mistakes. My nails look beautiful. My whole family goes there to get there nails profesionally done. They do them perfect. I love it. I reccomend people to go here because it is a great place. go to hollwood nails.

I went there to get UV gel.. the price was low. Well I should have known that is price is low...I can't start to tell you how horrible my short visit was there. It had happened over a week ago and I still cannot forget. The guy that started doing my nails with UV gel not only had an attitude but was doing the job so incorrectly. The gel was completely moving to one side... it was very watery or something... so nicely I said to him that the gel is moving to one side of my hand. He started yelling at me that it's because I am moving my hand to much when putting into the light thing. He got so angry I asked for a manager and said what happened and that I don't want this man to finish my nails. To my surprise the manager wasn't much better. He started raising his voice that they know what they are doing and he would fix it but I'm talking to much. I said I'm the customer and those are my nails so I should be able to say what I see, feel and how I want them... No he yells! When we want to hear your opinion from you we ask! Without us asking you are complaining!... and then he got up and left... so I was left with started gel on my nails and 2 angry guys. I pulled the extension paper off with most of the gels and left the place remaining them that their business is for customers and satisfaction should be something they cared deeply not yelling at their customer b/c nobody will come back.... Horrible experience and horrible place. They are not only rude, but the products they use are very cheap (runny UV gel even after set with the light) I would never recommend this place unless you are not going to say a word and be prepare to have horrible nails.

This place is so ghetto. It's the size of a closet and they have like 5 manicure tables set up in there. They did all of my acrylic tips crooked, but that's probably because the guy who did them had 1 hand and 1 hook! The paint job was terrible and their nail art and airbrush designs are hideous. Stay away from this place at all costs!
