Just in Henry's again today for the first time in a while. Bobby took care of me. I need a spare part for an unusual pump and he arranged it to be dropped shipped to my home very cost effectively with help from another man there. Both were very helpful. FYI, Henry's now take's credit cards, I had brought cash but this was a pleasant surprise. Apparently they added this ability about October 2012.
I had no idea how I was going to fix my broken toilet since my husband always took care of these things. The guys in the parts department helped me get the right parts and I was able to have my brother come over and fix it quickly! I can't even begin to thank them for making this so simple for me - and my brother too!
Worst customer service ever. They ignored me and grudgingly semi-answered questions. When the young jerk at the counter finally got off his behind to get what I needed, a plumber who was there told me not to come back because the staff hates dealing with the public. They only want to talk to pros. So, the kid comes back with the wrong piece, I told him it was wrong and he whined that "it will work just as good"-which it wouldn't so I obliged them and left. What a waste of time and gas.
I have only really dealt with them once- about 9 years ago- but I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. When my pedistal sink came in- there was a chip in the base- and they were super efficient in getting me a new sink- pronto! I now live in Westchester County, NY- but am still going to, hopefully be using them for my new sink and other fixtures. sq
I'm not a professional but have some level of knowledge of what I am repairing. Whenever in doubt the Staff has always been very helpful. If the one helping me can't, or I can't explain myself well, he'll usually bring in another guy to help. They have the staff to do so. I have never had to wait.
This place is only for experienced trades men - DIY home owners need not go here.
They dont share knowledge nor do they want new business. Very arrogant sales people - will ignore an less exprienced cuistomer.

If you are not a tradesperson, don't expect any service from these jerkoffs. The counterstaff is rude and arrogant and their prices are much higher than you will find at on line retailers or at home improvement centers. Don't waste your time.
the Lombardi family i next to none. you will get amazing service at Henrys plumbing, they have knowledge about everything plumbing and are the nicest family in New Jersey :)
Great service and Staff! I received much help and would go over and over again! Very helpful for all my needs and conveniently located!My bathroom would not have been the same!

This is a conveniently located wholesale pluming store, located right on Goffle road. It is open to the public. They have everything you could possibly want; Basic and advanced plumbing supplies are here. Most of the local plumbers seem to get their supplies here. The staff for the most part are helpful and can answer most questions if you are not one hundred percent sure how to approach something. They also have a large showroom for fixtures and vanities. Definitely worth the visit. You can also special order things.
