I have neer had the front staff be rude to me or stear me away from a sick visit even when it turned out all my kid had was a cold. That did happen to me at another practice and my child was having an allergic reaction to medication. What I learned from that experience was if you THINK you need a visit, don't ask if you should come in, TELL the staff you NEED to come in. Be your child's advocate. But West Park is Great. Dr. Setton is the best but she's only in Manalapan once a week so it is hard to get an appoint with her but worth the wait. You do have to make well visits far in advance if you have a preference for a specific doctor but that's expected.

The doctors in this practice are good but good luck trying to see them. The staff they hire is rude and trying to get an appointment (other than a well visit appointment which you need to schedule months in advance) is like trying to see the President or the Pope.The staff is not pleasant and efficient. I've had them turn me away when my child was very sick. The receptionist always seems to be on a personal call when you sign in, and they act like the patients are the enemy. Find another practice

The most caring pediatricians I've ever encountered. I was always able to get an appointment quickly even for a well check. I feel these doctors go above and beyond to assist their patients and their parents. There is a separate area with a tv for sick kids and a large rest room with changing facilities. Great choice

The doctors in this office are very accomodating and make it easy to see them when necessary. They are very friendly and good with children. The time spent in the waiting room is not that bad compared to many. They have both a sick and well waiting room. It is not deifficult to get an appointment when needed which is very important when dealing with a pediatrician.
