BEWARE Ashley is really Jaron's same building same salespeople and same management.

THEY TAKE YOUR $$$, DELIVER MONTHS LATE, THE PRODUCTS LOOK OK ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ARE REALLY CRAP ON THE INSIDE...

They stiffed their suppliers, who will no longer ship them warranty parts, so the customers who paid them their hard earned money can't get the defects fixed!!!

I bought a Matress, Jenni Bear, Ten year Guarantee, when they delivered it I should have refused it. It had a big lump in the center and it was unwrapped like someone else refused it.I called Jaron's they proimse they would come out and look out it . I should have known right there they were playing me off. I think the City of Willingboro should come down on these crooks . I remember when it used to be a good store not no more I just hope people read these massages and take this warning. I really got a big surprise. Would not recommend them. We bought a living room set in Oct 07 with the 5 year warranty. In Aug 08 we called for service because the cushions were sagging. The tech came out and said the cushions needed to be replaced. We went back and forth from Aug until Jan when they finally sent a tech out again without the cushions. Jaron's called me and told me the cushions were in and I could come pick them up and I explained to them the cushions were attached to the furniture. OK tech will be out. Another day off from work and now it's March tech comes out with no cushions. It's now in the hand's of the Attorney Gerneral's office. Jaron's says come pick out new furniture. We go there is one set we like but they want to give us the floor model. I said no. Now they offer to give us a refund. Okay fine. They were suppose to come today to take the old furniture back and give us our refund. Yesterday I get an email saying since we moved the furniture from our old house to our new house our warranty is void and they will not be doing anything about it.

Jaron's Funiture store is a RIP off. They steal your money and do not deliver the product ordered. I went into jaron's in cherry hill looking for a bedroom set. The sales person Zena assisted me with my search. I told her that I needed my set delivered by 4/4 she told me to let her see if it was in stock. She said that they had it and it could be delivered. After taking my money, because she said in order to receive my purchase by that date I needed to pay in full, I was told several days later that I would not receive my purchase and it could take up to ten weeks and I could not get a refund. I purchased that set for my daughter who was in the children's hospital of philadelphia at the time recovering from surgeryso that she would have a comfortable place to sleep. Debra the store manager hung up on me several times and refused to let me speak to the owner and told me to bad about my situation and that I had no choice but to deal with it.They are the Jaron's who ripp of people to make a Dollar. I ask that everyone boycott Jaron's to let them know that they cannot ripp of hard working americans trying to make it in this economy!!

I urge everyone who has been ripped of by Jaron's to call 1-877-solved-3 for the cbs 3 on your side consumer reporting dept

THEY LIED ABOUT THE DELIVERY 4 TIMES. I WENT TO THE STORE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GET MY MONEY BACK (BOTH WILLINGBORO AND CHERRY HILL)

I came in and found just what I wanted. We got a dining room and living room set and had it delivered the very next day at a great price! The delivery service put it right where we wanted and assembled the set right on the spot. I would definitely shop there again.

DON??T BUY ANYTHING FROM JARON??S FURNITURE.
In October 2008, my husband and I ordered bedroom and kitchen furniture. We were told delivery would be in 3 to 8 weeks.
Four weeks later, I called to see if we would have the furniture by Thanksgiving ?? ??no big deal if we don??t, we just want to be prepared.? Their response: ??No, but it will be on the Friday (11/28/08) truck so you can have it delivered early next week.? Great. Not. And, we did not receive a call letting us know it was not happening. Again, we were in no rush, so we did not call again until December 14th. Again, we were told that it was not in yet, but it would be on the truck that weekend. Did not happen and again, we did not receive a call letting us know it was not happening.
December 19th, I call again. ??Where is my furniture?? ??It??s on the next truck.? Yeah, uh huh. The next truck was Christmas Eve. ??We will call you for delivery on Monday, December 29th.? Never happened. We are now over 8 weeks. I called and requested to speak to a manager. The manager never returned our call.
Husband and I went to the store. No manager on duty, but ??we promise he will call you as soon as he is in. The manager finally calls. ??I??m so sorry, ?{blah blah}? we??re going to take $300 off your order. Sorry for.. {blah blah}. I am going to personally check to see if the order is on the next truck. I will call you myself regardless.? He never called back. Repeated calls, no responses, and no furniture. January 5th (10 weeks later) my husband went to the store and demanded a refund. ??No, we can??t do that. You have to talk to the manager.? Oh, you mean the one that is never there and that never returns phone calls? Yes. January 7th ?? WOW! Someone called!! ??Is there anything we can do to keep your business?? ??NO. We want our money back.? ??Okay, I??m sorry? {blah blah}. We will process that return for you.? Never happened.
After numerous calls to their store and their office locations, I finally called the credit card company to dispute the charges. Since I was honest (translate stupid), and told the credit card company that Jaron??s had promised a refund on 1/7/09, I had to wait 30 days before they would do anything.
Since then Jaron??s has put up liquidation signs everywhere. They are most likely going out of business.
I called the credit card company today. They will help me, but it will take up to 60 days for this to be resolved. If I??m lucky, we will get our money back sometime in April. Maybe.
They will have had my money for 6 months by the time this is over.

I've recently visited EVERY furniture place around, and found that ALL the stores have the same furniture. On my way home one day decided to stop at Jaron's. I was pleasantly surprised to find, different furniture, great prices and a wonderful sales person named Lorriane. She was so helpful and never pushy, being very patient with me. I don't move in for another month and they are holding my furniture for me at no extra charge. What a great find, I can't say enough about this wonderful establishment!!

my husband and i walked into the store with our 2 yr old to purchase a king size bed. two sales people walked past us and didnt ask if we needed help. we finally found the beds on the lower level of the store. while we were looking a salesman came down and leaned up against a dresser and stood there watching us. then another customer came down and he asked her if she needed help! needless to say we took our $3000 and went down the street to Sleepys where we had a great experience!!

This store has been around forever! It is family run and that is reflected in the friendly service you will get. The selection is good, and the quality is decent - especially for the prices. If you need furniture, this place is definitely worth visiting.

The staff here is world class. They helped my inlaws pick out a living room set and delivered within two days with no hassles. They were a low pressure sales people that let them choose what suited them the best. They have nothing but praise for everyone that they dealt with
