I purchased a dining set from Jason Sunset Ave Store. When I came back home I looked at reviews and was shocked to see all 1 star reviews. I got scared but was surprised by their fast delivery. But my nightmare started when they delivered broken table around 7 weeks back. I was told that I can keep this broken table as a loaner table and once they get new one they will replace. I am trying to track this from past 7 week. Every time I call I hear that the new table will be ready in another week. When I called today to ask for returning this table I got response that if I accepted the order then it will not be returned/canceled. I am now stuck with broken table after spending so much money on that.



As some of the earlier reviews state I feel that all other positive reviews are fake and they have their own people doing that. After this review or probably few more "1 star" reviews you will see some 5-6 positive reviews. Don't believe on positive reviews. This store is really bad. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered my furniture on August 17th 2010 and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I am not over 90 days and will be asking for a refund. They don't even give you a good excuse as to why it is late. And always is another week out. I have now been told that I am looking at another two weeks from today before and that is not even guaranteed. Poor customer service and really you would be lucky to even receive your order. No one even calls to apologize.

Bought a bedroom set with the warranty ~7/3/08. The delivery people showed up 8 hrs late. The mirror was backordered and no one told us. Over a month went by before it arrived with the price tag from the floor model still attached. Had to wait over a month to get a replacement. 7/3/09 the drawer falls apart that was never put together properly. That night, the side rail of the bed breaks while I'm asleep (I weigh under 200lbs). I put in a claim with Monage immediately but they had trouble getting hold of Jason's until July 14th. I was told I would have the replacement side rail in 2-6 weeks (8/26/09). 3 weeks ago (8/26/09) I was told I would have it the end of that week or the next (9/4/09). Last week ( 9/11/09) I was told the previous week's delivery was cancelled and that I would have it this week. This week (9/17/09) I was told that order isn't scheduled to arrive until the first week in October. That's 3 months of my mattress being on the floor. Obviously, they are all trained to lie. Too bad it wasn't well because they are all making up different stories. And Nicole in the warehouse conveniently only works from 10-3. That's better than doctor's hours. Oh yeah, and "she's her own boss" so don't bother asking for a manager of the warehouse.

I purchased furniture twice from Jasons first a dinette set in 2005 when I lived on Staten Island and then a living room set when i relocated to New Jersey this year. both times i was completely satisfied with the service and set up. when my dinette set was delivered the cap on the bottom of one chair was missing. i called and got immediate service and the cap was mailed to me within one week.not only did they send the cap, they sent me a complete set.

We had the worst experience dealing with "JASONS FURNITURE". It took them 3 weeks to deliver the dining table we ordered. Upon opening the packages, we realized that they delivered 2 incorrect chairs (different model) and 1 worn out and used chair. We called them immediately but received no proper response. They kept asking us to call other numbers. Finally, we got to someone who was atleast willing to listen to our problem (actually it was their mistake - no co-ordination between showroom and warehouse). They said they will deliver the correct ones in a week. After a week, the delivery man came with boxes and to our dismay he again got the old, used chairs. We called them again and complained. They said it would take another 3 weeks to get new stock. We were ready to wait for the new stock but they called again and said that they have them and will deliver next week. They sent the used ones again. Totally vexed. We are going to return the whole furniture set and ask for a refund.
We are never going to them again. I'm sure they lost a lot of customers because of their poor and dishonest service.
