Amazing Experience !! I had a nail in one of my tires. I had checked with a mechanic near my house, he had told me to drop by and the cost of fixing the nail was estimated at $25. It just so happened that when i dropped in that morning, the garage was still closed, so i decided to find someone close to my workplace, i went to JEM Service center and walah ! the job was perfectly done withinn fifteen minutes for FREE, yes free, i could not believe myself when he told me not to worry about the cost. People in North Edison, consider driving down a few miles to get excellent service that we are so not used to up there.

I found JEM Service by word of mouth. I am so glad that a did! John has been my sole mechanic for over 6 years now. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and how much it will be. He is friendly, professional, but above all, he is HONEST. I have gone through the "dealer" route. Never again. The staff at JEM are the best. I recommend JEM Service Center highly.

For nearly fifty years, I've been dealing with mechanics. JEM has no peer. No only is their service the very best of the best, but even more important is that one can always count on NOT being gouged. I never hesitate recommending this dealer to friends, knowing that there will never be a rip off.

I started using JEM well over 10 years ago when I worked nearby. They have always provided consistently pleasant and friendly service at an outstanding price. John and his staff have always done exceptional work for every job they've been tasked with, from clutch plates, to motor mounts, to brakes, alignments or even a simple oil change. They even win points for the extras like adding washer fluid and checking the air in your tires! I can't rave enough about them....

Its very hard to find a place you can trust.You can trust Jem Service Center. The hours are good and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking.

When we were on the way to visit a friend in Edison, we had some problems with our old car. We got our car to this nearest shop. We were so lucky to make the decision. The staff there helped to fix the problem right away since we need to get the car fixed as soon as possible.

A great place to get your general auto repair needs done. I go there to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and basically any fixes that I need done to my car. They were able to fix my airconditioning within one day and when I had a nail in my tire they immediately fixed it for me when I took it there. A very positive experience whenever I go there.
