I bought my Yamaha V Star 950 Tourer from Motorcycle Mall, and the sales rep gave me a much better deal than any other shop around. I was treated like a customer should be. I didn't have any problems or extra charges at all. The sales rep knew about all the bikes available and helped me decide the 950 was the perfect match for my needs. Thanks Motorcycle Mall!
After I get my 600 mile service completed I will review my experience with the service department..... I left the bike at Motorcycle Mall for 2 days and had my 600 mile service completed. They did everything they were supposed to do. The bike is better than new, and ready for many more miles. I'm very happy with the service.

Sales person took her time with me and made sure I got the helmet, and the price was good. I would recommend going there.

They have bogus pricing listed on their website. When you call and ask what the final price will be the sales guy will only tell you the price of the motorcycle and tax. When you actully go there they add on extra fees and the sales guy claims he did not know about them. Bogus pricing just to get you in, stay away.

I am thrilled that I bought a Suzuki C50 at a great price that Motorcycle Mall gave me over the phone. They came close to a Craigslist offer from a bogus dealer in Central Jersey. They priced my trade-in over the phone too. I was skeptical, and went in thinking they would certainly tack on handling fees, prep fees, destination charges, etc. Or, they would definitely go down on the trade in price. No, they added on nothing, gave me the agreed upon price and even honored the trade-in price they gave me over the phone. I don't understand how there could be negative reviews for this place. They do a lot of volume and can give you a great deal. I think one disgruntled person is going on and on all over the web, shame on them. I am a woman, I went in alone, and found everyone to be extremely helpful and completely without pressure. I have visited and called other dealers who offered $300 more on the bike, and $300 less on the trade-in. A friend recommended this place - her good friend has been working there for over 20 years ( that says something about this place). My friend also has known the owner for decades and assured me he was a great guy. I couldn't speak more highly of this dealer and would recommend anyone go there. Oh, and their sales staff is diversified and they really seem to be one happy family. My salesman, Lonnie, has been there for years. A rarity in this day and age. Go there, you will be happy you did.

I just bought my Aprilia Sportcity 125 scooter there, and I am very pleased with their service. I got a great deal on the scooter, and they gave me a couple financing offers, which made it easy to choose. Bobby in parts helped me pick up a good helmet and chain lock. I already started to talk to Larry in service about performance upgrades!

The good thing about the store is the wide selection of bikes. They have a pretty large showroom with I'm guessing more than a hundred of bikes - new and used.

On the downside, while there seems to be a lot of people wearing the store uniform, few of them are available to work with you, and those that are available are usually working with multiple people simultaneously, so you might potentially end up waiting for a VERY long time.

But the worst of all is the fact that their parts/accessories/apparel department has a no-return policy, so while the store might work well if you want to buy a bike, I would recommend avoiding buying anything unless you're ABSOLUTELY sure you're not going to return ormexchange it. In fact, I'd advise against it anyway - there are online stores with good return policies which will give you the peace of mind.

I would probably also avoid their service department, unless you're willing to part with your bike for an indefinite amount of time. I've been told it might take 1-2 days to just get a wire for a GPS unit installed (connected to the ignition switch, so I ended up doing it myself). For the first 600-mile service? 2-3 days! So I instead called Camrod dealership's service department in New York City, which basically said that if I bring the bike in the morning - they'll get it all done by the afternoon.

So do your research and see if other options are available for you. Motorcycle Mall doesn't care about the customer, they care about themselves more than anything else.

Pros: Convenient as a walk-in store, wide selection of bikes

Cons: No returns, unacceptably long wait times in service dept.

I tried to buy some accessories online and pick it up in store. It's impossible to do, at least for this lousy store that calls itself a "dealership".

These guys simply cancel your order saying that the manufacturer is no longer making the accessory (in my case Suzuki engine oil in gallon jug) so then I go to their website and order another brand oil (Yamalube, 1gal) and what happens? My order get's canceled (again), total bullshit.

They call their website an online extension to the showroom - I say, stop making yourself looking bad, either fulfill customers' orders or just simply remove your online store as people can't order stuff that they want anyway.

motorcycle mall is not worth anyone's time. Shop elsewhere and spread the word about their lousiness.

The Motorcycle Mall was a great experience for me. When I purchased my CRF250R, we agreed on a price and sure enough it was the price when I arrived for the paperwork. The parts dept, had everything I wanted, almost too much. Anyways, I am a lifetime customer now because of the accuracy and great personality the employees have. I reccommend the dealership to anyone because they also matched any internet price I had brought in.

I went to buy a bike from Motorcycle Mall in NJ, they quickly negotiated a fair deal and I left a deposit once we agreed on the price. When I came back to pick up the bike they jacked up the price $600 almost ten percent of the whole price. I asked them to own up to the price or I will take my business elsewhere. The finance associate threatened me and said if I don??t purchase the bike from their store he will close the credit line with the finance company, to make sure I don??t purchase the bike else where. I got my deposit and left. The following day I found another dealership and agreed to buy the bike from them, the dealer called the finance company and was able to verify that I was approved, the finance company told the dealer to wait while they call back to make sure I didn??t pick the bike up at the other dealer. Next thing I know my account is red flagged, Motorcycle Mall said I was buying the bike for another person, a straw purchase. Gladly the guy at the dealer worked with me and I got an even better deal, but had to use another person to sign for the bike. DONT GO TO MOTORCYCLE a bunch of liars and jerks try to make you feel like you owe them something. I hope this helps STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

They lie and laugh about it to our face. They don't care that you know that they are lying, they do it anyway. They break your bike during service and milk the warranty then return your bike 6 months later. They do not call you when they say they will. The service department return you newly purchased bike looking 10 years older covered in oil and dirt. They charge you for things that was covered in the warranty. They had the bike that I bough 8 months ago for 6 of those months. I brought it in running and it needed it's engine replaced after their servicing it.

They tell you that its in stock and when you go in to the show room they promise you it will be ready for pick up in a week, they are having other dealerships ship one in for you. Then you have paid a deposit on the bike and they won't let you back out even if they don't have bike, they will stall your money until they get the bike someday, waited close to a month. They are bad people, don't sign anything until you see the bike and don't trust these people. I can't leave name because they have my address from the purchase agreement. Believe me, call them and just ask them if they have a certain bike in stock and they will tell you "Yes" all the time, just to lure you in.

Motorcycle Mall is one of the worst run dealerships I have ever encountered. They do have a great selection and almost everything is in stock, but that is their ONLY asset; their service SUCKS. The employees are all too busy to care about you at all. I brought my bike in for what should have been a 2 week service, but had to keep it there for over 6 weeks! All because the service department was backed up and refused to work on the bike until all parts were available. To make matters worse, the service/parts department LOST (that's right, LOST) 2 different parts on 2 different occassions. Then, they lied about it and said that the parts never showed up in the mail! This kept delaying getting my bike back. Nobody there cared about my situation whatsoever. I will never go back to this dealership again and I hope you decide to go elsewhere.
