Carrabba's Italian Grill originated from a love of food and family. Founders Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola designed the menu from generations of their own family's recipes, which are prepared from scratch daily in an exhibition-style kitchen. The cuisine is based on traditional, Sicilian fare with an inventive twist of bold flavors, which are inspired by the founders' Southern upbringing. Our dishes are created from only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and many favorite recipes are cooked on our signature wood-burning grill.

Great food and Great Service 5 Star Rating - World class

We've never walked away from this restuarant disappointed. The food is wonderful. The calamari are delicous and a regular start to our meals here. They start you out with a fresh loaf of their warm crusty Italian bread along with olive oil and fresh herbs for dipping. The Ceasar salads and soups are also very tasty. The pastas and grilled entrees all are rich in flavor. So if you love the taste of fresh spices, herbs, and ingredients, you want to give this place a try. There is nothing we've ordered here that has been a disappointment. The manager/owner here are great as well and often will come around to the guest's table to make sure everything is satisfactory and if for any reason its not he is more than gracious and does whatever he can to make sure the customer walks away a happy and returning customer.
