I used to live at Kinkos in British Columbia either using the computer or photocopying items. I was so familiar with the operation that I was glad that things were the same when I moved to New Jersey.
Located on Rt. 17 near the entrance to the Garden State Parkway, Kinkos (now FedEx Kinkos) offers convenience for those in need to use a photocopier or a computer. This location has many PCs available but only one Mac equipped with a scanner. Using these computers is easy by either inserting your credit card or a time card to record the minutes of your computer usage.
Other services include printing business cards, brochures, or any quick and easy documentation that you dont want to deal with yourself. They also sell office supplies and a variety of different types of paper to make those great first impressions for resumes.
As indicated by the name change, FedEx service is available. Now a person can work on the computer, make copies on the photocopier, get some binding done, and send things out through FedEx in one stop. Sounds like a day at work.
The staff is helpful to a point if they know the answer to your questions. Sometimes it seems like the people are bothering them, but in most cases they will help you out one-on-one.
Im just surprised that there is only one Kinkos around in the area. It makes it harder for people who dont live close by to have any access to this service.
PROS: Accessible use of computers and photocopiers at your disposal
CONS: Not enough locations around the area
