I was just at Cafe Arugula for a party over the weekend, so keep in mind, this review is based on them serving about 40 ppl at once, not an individual table. The service was good, they made sure that everyone was taken care of and kept opening bottles for us. The calamari was excellent, but the other appetizers were only okay. Our three dinner options were talapia with a red wine sauce, veal scallopine, and chicken francaise. The general consensus was that the fish was very flavorful, but the other two dishes were nothing special. Overall, no one had any major complaints, but we weren't blown away either.
