I am a landscaper, and the first time I went to B & B I was looking to buy a new Dixie chopper, The owner Bill helped me in many ways. Provided me with alot of information , spent lots of time with me finding what would fit my needs best, and finally steared me in the right direction on what to buy. I go there every time it needs to be repaired or just a quick tune up. The pricing is resonable and you can't really pay for better quality.

B and B are gret the peole are very friendly and very quick. They have the cheapest prices around. The first time I went there it was for a 50 cent part. Instead of just forgetting about me they took the time to help me find and order it. I now go there for all my need.. they are very reasonable with pricing and great on service. deff go check it out.

I don't know if I would buy a mower here but I brought my individual blades to be sharpened here and I was pleased with the end results. The service was quick and the price was reasonable. You can even drop off your blades so you don't have to wait. I would come back again for small items liek that. Otherwise I would probably avoid.

We've never been very impressed with this operation. Our last dealing with them sold us on finding some place new. They are the sort that are just barely friendly enough to not be rude. They took our mower in saying all it needed was a quick flushing of the carbuerator. We called a week later and they said it wasn't done. Almost 2 weeks later I called on it and they called us back saying it was sitting on the bench and they had no idea what to do with it. Okay? When I asked why it was sitting for 2 weeks with no one touching it, I was told matter of factly that this was their policy and it takes that long. I advised them we weren't informed that and she told me I was. Okay.

So we tell them again what to do with it (btw we had them look at it and determine what needed to be done with it so not sure why we had to remind them of hteir diagnosis) and get a call a few hours later it's ready. We thought that $70 was a bit much and well past the $30 t hey told us it would be on the phone (labor was over $40).

I'd rather spend my money in a place were

PROS: walking distance from my house
CONS: pricey, not friendly, no sense of urgency for the customer
