From the Salesmen to the sales manager. RUN to any other dealership then this one. If you must buy something from them, bring a tape recorder, a witness, and have your attorney review the contract before you sign ANYTHING. They will tell you later on, "Oh we neved said........". And they will do everything to pressure you into taking the car the same day. And when you realize youve made a mistake and signed the contract without reading every little thing, they will will refuse to correct it and say "Oh sorry, we had a deal". They also overcharge for plates and reg big time. Buyer Beware!

I sent the following email to Rob Frankel, Internet Sales Manager, and Mike Wheeler, Sales Associate.

Rob:

My wife and I were strongly considering purchasing the 2010 Legacy GT from you and your dealership. We told you and Mike that we would consider the deal that was offered to us and would let you know our decision no later than the next working day. However, for the following reasons, we will not be doing business with you:
1. You handed us off to another salesman with no explanation;
2. We told you very clearly that we did not want to purchase a car that day. However, every subsequent person who talked with us attempted to pressure us into a sale, or the consequence was that our trade-in would not be worth the same on another day.
3. As we were leaving the dealership, no fewer than four salespeople attempted to stop us from leaving by claiming that the trade-in value of our car would increase by a total of $2000, but only if we sold the car at that point and concluded the sale of the new car that night.
These types of sales-pressure tactics are not professional and are unacceptable to us. The ??price sells cars? motto is only partially true. We want to be treated as people, not as numbers or bottom-line sales figures. If we have to pay more at another dealership, we will gladly do so, as long as the staff treat us with respect, which the staff at Kerbeck Subaru did not.

We bought our car from here and we were very satisfied with the deal and with the service. It has to have been the first time we did it all in one day. Our salesman was Tony he was very personable. The manager Lou was helpful too.
