Party City is a huge party store in Mays Landing. During the Halloween season the store is packed with costumes and accessories. They have lots of sales people working during Halloween so there's plenty of help. On the off season, they replace the Halloween section with things like Hawiian themes and summer supplies. You can pick up everything you need for your party including balloons.
