I agree with Eldavar however in saying that I want to also state that I have never been late with my tuition but there is some truth there. I understand what the director has done for all of us but is a simple hello to hard to ask? We all collectively keep the place going with our tuition payments, constant fundraisers etc so we all share a part in it.
That being said for the older kids it really is not the best place to go. So far this summer I can count on 1 hand the number of times they have gone outside to play. They are always told to sit down and be quiet. stop making so much noise, don't touch that. When do the kids get to be kids? Why on a 80 sunny day they are sitting upstairs on the floor in a circle staring at themselves and being told to be quiet? There is no learning going on at their age group. They do not do any projects, coloring, crafts, stories NOTHING!! It is a babysitting spot at best

To Eldavar-
So the Director doesn't smile at you and make you feel all warm and fuzzy as you continually pay your tuition late? Well, isn't that just a darn shame. Maybe she doesn't smile because of people like you who make her life full of stress.

This woman gave up a very lucretive teaching career to start this non-profit center to help working parents and single mothers. Now she gets parents like you who don't forget to bring their children in, just forget to pay for it. I wonder how YOU would react if your company FORGOT to pay you week after week. Somehow I doubt you would be walking around all happy and smiling.

I had four children attend Wee Love for years and years and they were very well taken care of and taught manners as well as educational concepts. They will work with the after school children with their homework - IF you request it- and their pre-school curriculum exceeds the state mandates.

The Director most certainly DOES smile and is VERY caring to the parents and children unless there is a problem. Being a dead beat on paying your tuition - that YOU signed a contract to pay on the FIRST DAY of each week- might be considered a problem. PAY UP and ON TIME and stop trying to rip people off. They shouldn't have to take care of your child for FREE.

Pros: Caring staff, good healthy food, structured program

My kids have been going to Wee Love for 3 years. During this time, I've seen many things at this school, most of which have been good. The majority of the teachers there do a good job of educating the children with fun activities and age-appropriate projects. There are a few, however, who seem to lack the motivation to appropriately interact with the children and appear more concerned with simply keeping the kids quiet and calm, more like a babysitter instead of a pre-school teacher. There are only a few of these types of teachers at Wee Love. On the opposite side of that coin are those few teachers who go above and beyond what most people would expect from a day care center or pre-school. In the infant room especially, there is one teacher who we have come to know very well over the years, and she is an especially important component to making us feel comfortable and happy bringing our child there every day. The only problem we've had with Wee Love over the years is the lack of civility and friendliness from the director. I don't think I've ever seen the lady smile in the entire 3 years we've been going there! Oh, and if your payment is not in exactly on time, you can expect consistent and repeated demands for it every time you walk in the door. That's the greeting from the director when you arrive in the morning - "Do you have your payment?" No smile, no hello, no good morning, nothing. So overall, I'd say that Wee Love is a good place to bring your children, as long as you can make your payment exactly on the due date or deal with constant nagging and threatening until you have it.
