I was tired of having back aches, and taking medication for temporary relief. At the urging of a friend I called Bodyork Therapies and now I see my massage therapist every 2 weeks. This is better for my back and neck. When I go my muscles are tight and aching, when I leave I feel so much better and it lasts until I go back!
