I hate gyms, but I go four times a week to Gold's. I'm middle aged and a "tad" over weight, and going to a gym filled with beautiful people makes me feel like a fish out of water. My motivation is not all that it should be, but I know my health is important, so I bit the bullet and went to Gold's, which proved to be a smart move. They did it all, nutrition consulting, planned my excursive routine, and recommended classes. (In my case, a yoga class). Best of all, their is no "Gym attitude" at Gold's, just a dedicated membership eager to help new comers. Prices vary, but they always run 30 day specials and other promotions to give you a first hand experience of what they offer. Babysitting is available, along with new mother workouts.
