The address is 280 Dunns Mill Road Bordentown, NJ 08505, the phone number is 609.298.0070. The manager is Eric Yorker. BUYER BEWARE. This is NOT a Verizon store, it is a premium retailer but they do not do anything verbally to make sure you know this before you buy anything. I had to upgrade my phone, sorry on my part, thought I was going into a Verizon corporate store to do the 2 year upgrade. I needed a phone better than what I had. Eric gave me a Motorola Droid Devour, of which I found out later Verizon Corporate stores no longer carry, they are old phones. I had a problem with the phone, returned it and got another one. My friend also got the same phone with me from Eric Yorker. After trying to work with these phones and having many, many problems we wanted to return them. So we went to a real Verizon corporate store, it is here we found out they could not exchange the phones because it was not their equipment and they did not carry them. We had to go back to Eric Yorker to return them. He was really nasty, unprofessional, and wanted to charge us $35.00 each to return OLD BROKEN PHONES. We both returned them within 30days. Verizon policy changed during this same month to 14 days. My friend was within the 14days; I wasn't but was told I had originally 30 days. Eric MADE ME PAY $35.00 RESTOCKING FEE TO RESTOCK A BROKEN PHONE OF WHICH I AM SURE WILL BE SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. Thank God Verizon Corporate understood the problem and gave me an immediate credit on my bill for this $35.00. The professional Verizon corporate customer service supervisor tried to make right what this very nasty, unprofessional Eric Yorker would not do. He has absolutely no understanding of good customer service. When we went back to the Verizon corporate store, the employees there shared stories with us about Eric Yorker and all the customers that have to go to them to get their billing straighten out that Eric made mistakes on etc. etc. Eric Yorker is becoming very well known and his store as a place to stay away from. Imagine having to pay a restocking fee for a phone that I had one month and a second one mind you, that is broken and this store WE R WIRELESS IN BORDENTOWN, NJ would not return it without a stocking fee. Look at the difference in customer service the Verizon Corporate store gave me a credit for this $35.00. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this WE R WIRLESS STORE AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE where they stand behind their products, easy exchanges and where they want to make their customers come first and leave happy.

This was one of the best Verizonwireless places I have been to. They bent over backwards to give us the best deal they could. Because they are not confined to Corporate's sales quota, they are more relaxed and willing to help in a genuine way. They even gave us a piece of paper with the best Apps to get that are free. We ended up swapping a phone out to get another one and they were more than willing to accommodate us. The only time the guy got frustrated was when he wanted to circumvent Verizon's system and the company wouldn??t let him. We highly recommend this place. Although the floor models do not work, they were more than willing to let us play with their own phones to get a feel for what they were like. Awesome Service...Awesome Store.

I just wanted to let everytone know how pleased i was with the service i recieved andt he bordentown Verizon Wireless. I recently went over
my minutes by playing a game because i did not know that it used my peak minutes. Verizon accommedated me to work out a payment plan - thanks guys!

I recently renewed my contract after my two years were up. Bought a decent phone and plan and the guy who helped me was average. Their were a few people in the store and it seemed like he was the only one there . He was rushed because of it. I would probably go back just at a less busy time.
Verizon has slipped in its service but that isn't their fault.
