Do not go here!!!! The whole side of my truck was scratched and the "manager" would not take any responsibility for it. Told me it must have happened before....very rude and nasty. Wouldn't even give me a refund. Had to call police to make a report. Stay away from there!!!! Not worth it...I now have to get my car paint fixed. What a mess!!!

I had been going to this car wash for the last 8 years. As a repeat customer I bought the prepaid tickets for full service car washes (not cheap). Apparently in February 2010, the business was sold. The new owner has posted signs that he will only honor prepaid tickets sold by the previous owner until May 1, 2010. If you bought your tickets recently (like me), you're SOL. When I approached the owner and told him that it was unreasonable to expect to be able to use 8 tickets in one month, he basically told me he didn't care and he could do what he wanted. I'm now making sure that the tickets get used, by friends, coworkers, neighbors and telling them all the kind of new management now exists there. No respect for the customer. He just wants your money. After these tickets are gone, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had just gotten a Mercedes Convertible, and took it to this carwash... I am almost certain that my antenna was stolen by one of the employees. When I got to my car to see a gaping oval-shaped hole in the side of the fender where my antenna and it's bracket once were, I attempted to ask the workers what happened to it. They said they're not responsible for damage. I said that they should be responsible for simply unscrewing it from it's base if it's that much of an issue... and I wanted to speak to the manager.

While he was helpful to an extent, my antenna parts were never found and I now cannot find the parts required. I am forced to listen to Static. It will cost just short of 400 dollars for Mercedes to fix this problem.

I like this car wash because it is close and the workers are very friendly but respectful. They have coupons available on their website that makes their already reasonable prices even lower. A good value.
