They just moved and now they are in an awesome space. Great, large, light filled studios and they have SHOWERS. Surrounded by trees and nature. Wonderful. Still have great classes and excellent teachers. I am glad I found this yoga center

The first day I came to this Center the owner, Deborah Metzger, said to me: " You can try out classes and workshops, match them to you needs and wants and explore until you find what suits you.... Try it out for size!" I loved the idea - and now I come regularly to this warm and welcoming place; I learned about Healing Oils, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, the Art of Mindful Living and found new versions of practising YOGA. Teachers and staff are welcoming and professional. I feel "at home".

Ever since the first time I walked through the doors of Princeton Center for Yoga & Health over two and a half years ago, I knew it was the place for me. The welcoming ambiance, the incredible teachers, the knowledgeable staff, the inspirational owner, the amazing retail...it's just a wonderful place. What I like most about PCYH is that there is something there for everyone: whether you are a teen, a beginner, pregnant or advanced in your yoga practice, PCYH has a class to offer you. For people who work, PCYH offers classes before and after the 9-5 work day - and even a lunchtime class! It is an incredible place - once you walk through the doors for the first time, you know you'll be coming back again!

Although the center has been around for more than a decade in our community, I tried PCY&H for the first time this year -- and I love it! Deborah Metzger has created a safe haven where I can go for a hour or two and be with "myself" or amongst a community of like-minded friends.

I am new to the practice of yoga and PCY&H has opened up a whole new world of experiences for me.

I especially like the mindfulness-based stress reduction course and the wonderful Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils that the center sells in their store. Several of the workshops sound terrific and the alternative services, such as marma facials, sound delightful... I cannot wait to try them all, and even in these trying economic times I can afford to invest in my sanity and serenity because PCY&H offers specials all the time.

Now I finally have found something to do at night besides dinner and a movie, because the center offers classes virtually 24-7 and fits with my lifestyle. And I love the free and hassel free parking at the Center, too, vs going to downtown Princeton (what a stress-saver and money-saver that is).

You've got to try this place for yourself!!!

I love to unique space, the calmness and the teachers are wonderful. It is also great to have a yoga studio that offers a huge range of classes for all ages (baby to senior), moments in life (like prenatal) and other interests. It is my secret place to energize.

The staff at The Princeton Center will work you over and turn you into a completely different person. I learned the techniques of yoga but also had my diet and food intake all re-worked as part of the entire yoga package. I was very pleased with the classes, nothing too advanced, but they make you grow upon your skills until you are comfortable and then they progress onto something else. You will not be disappointed.
