When I unknowingly bought my Mother a bum Timex from a department store I didn't know that a neighborhood jewelry store would be the one to step up and take care of it for her. They returned it to Timex 3 times before they got it right. Plus repaired a necklace for her free of charge. She has never given them a dime for anything, and they've treated her like she was a life long customer.
