They have adults running the programs here in Manalapan, not kids. They have a structured program, and stick to it. My son who has special needs, was well taken care of all school year, and only 1 incident about violence. They talk to the children, not punish them or embarass them in front of all. They are pulled aside, with the parents and talked to. Things get resolved humanly.
Homework gets done most of the time, which is good, makes it a little easier for a working parent.
PROS: not that expensive
CONS: no open on no school days
