This place is AMAZING! I come here all the time with friends and family! I never go anywhere else for Japanese food. the Spicy Tuna Pizza is the best! I strongly suggest this place.

Fugiyama is a Japanese restaurant in Summit. Unlike many other Japanese restaurants I have been to, the interior and atmosphere here isn't too great. Their sushi is alright, but nothing too special. The prices are about average. Last time I was there, the service was extremely friendly, but a little slow. I would recommend looking around at other Japanese restaurants before you stop by here.

BYOB. Fujiyama Japanese and sushi restaurant offers decent sushi with decent prices. The decor is uninspired. Bizarre Muzak sets the tone with synthesized classic rock mixed with Asian pop. The sushi is well presented and mostly fresh. The salad and soup are a good value at $2, although the miso soup was a bit fishy, most likely due to using fish broth. The service is unpolished but gets the job done.
