The balance of food, service, prices and atmosphere is all perfectly horrible. It's like being in some kind of candid camera show. I kept waiting for some celebrity to jump out and tell me that this was some huge elaborate joke. You almost have to experience this nightmare to believe it. It's surreal. First we walked in to a decor of a bed and breakfast only without the bed and the breakfast to be greeted by a tired old looking woman who looked liked she just got off her shift of waiting on truckers. You know you are in trouble when you referred to as "boss." Did I mention we waited almost 20 minutes to be seated even though the place was empty. Now the food - everything was fried or oiled. I think they even fried my garden salad. The fusion of the different foods on my plate took me back to when a school mate put ketchup on his peanutbutter & jelly sandwich. What was most disappointing was that for the prices we expected something, anything to be good. It was amazing how consistently bad evrything was - even the seltzer was flat. The service - where do I start - when we complained the seaffood tasted spoiled they took it personally. At least we thought it was seafood. My wife was actually in fear that they were poisoning her food because of the complaint. The chef came out and actually stared us down. This is no joke. I realize that I have high standards when it comes to eating out but I write this review to warn people not to attack. I do not know how others have faired so well with this place because the restaurant I went to felt like I stepped into some demented dimension. Don't claim you weren't warned.

this is a favorite restaurant for gathering a group of friends together, because we've been given a nice round table in a quiet corner, and after bein served a delicious lunch no one hurries you along, and you can sit and chat over your coffee....a little pricey, but weorth it for the atmosphere of quiet elegance that prevails

The food was good, but not the best I've had. The prices were very high, I thought. The service was good. It's an attractive place, but it didn't feel especially warm and welcoming.

THE ADDRESS AND MAP ARE INCORRECT. The restaurant is located at 129 State Highway #73, MARLTON, NJ, just south of Route 70 and the Marlton Circle. This was noted after some out of town friends tried to find it from the map (January 2008). After several visits, we have never been disappointed. Service is excellent, noise level is relatively quiet with a pianist on weekends and a Sunday brunch.

The food, atmosphere, and location of this restaurant are perfect. They have a piano player, comfortable seating, and amazing food. The staff is top notch and the chef out does himself on a regular basis. They have amazing seafood and specialty dishes as two examples of my favorites that are to die for and there desserts are out of this world!
