Too expensive! Shop around as these guys were a full $1500 more for our Honda Pilot Touring... they kept telling me everyone else was scamming us and that they were the only ones who dont provide low ball prices. Well we got the Pilot for $1500 less with no issues at all. Piazza and Willis had the same price...and others were higher(see TrueCar.com) but all seemed lower then Turnersville.. we went with Willis since we are in NJ. Super nice and easy to deal with. I saw others say Turnersville is wonderful, I wonder how many of them emailed other dealers to see if the price was reasonable. I would be nice too if I were getting you for $1500. Dont let them rip you off for the same car others have for less!

I bought my Honda Civic here in 2006 and it was the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Both the salesmen and finance officer were great. The staff was awesome and they did what they did to get me the car that I wanted.

I have recommended several people who were looking for cars to visit this dealership. I must say they were all quite satisfied with the help they received and their new vehicles. Brent, the sales manager, is the nicest, most honest, car salesman that I ever met.

Honda of Turnersville is a wonderful dealership. They have one of the best test tracks. The salesmen can help you find what you are looking for. They also have a wide variety of cars and trucks. Their service department provides excellent service. They also send e-mails to remind you of routine service checks.

We went there to purchase a car. Contacted a sales person via internet, negotiated a price of a particular car. We got to dealership the same day, they asked us to complete paperwork and everything while the salesman was getting a car ready for a test drive. They even run my credit check 3 times (!) even after I specifically asked them not to do that until I do a test drive. Then they lied to me they didn't. I found out later after pulling my credit report. Salesman came from the lot and told us that the car was sold out! And of course they had plenty of identical Toyotas but $2,000 more expensive! They lost my old car registration while making a copy. They lied in my face so many times; I never experienced such a horrible attitude. This is the most dishonest dealership I ever visited. Stay away!

This comprehensive auto dealer has been recently renovated/completely rebuilt. We bought our thrid car here, the first since the rebuilding. We have purchased a Toyota, Nissan and now we are leasing a HOnda. We tarveled a bit further from my house, not because of a cheaper price, but because they were the only ones to reply to an online price request.l Our salesman was really great. In fact we did very little negotiating. As always, they was a problem. We went on a Saturday and it was terribly croweded. We'll never do that again. They gave us a great value for our trade in and we were able to use that money as a sizeable deposit even after paying off the trade. Recommended for a weekday.

my experiences with this dealership were always good until the past year .
It seems that rather than just talking to a head mechcnaic they have replaced it with " sales " people - to me that says hey we have some guy who has to meet a certain $ quota in parts etc and dont trust them and that was proven to me on more than oneoccasion .

i had gone in specifically asking for something to be looked at along with an oil change - i had a first AM appt so went to nearby stores while my car was being worked on 2 hrs later i get called and told they need more time to ck the issue it will cost 70$ ( an hours worth of labor ) to remove a panal ( which i can remove myself in 5 min ) to ck it and it will have to wait till after lunch ??!!
on top of all that whan it was fixed i go out to may car find a foul odored chemical smelling greasystuff on the door latch seems i paid 70$ for someone messy to grease up a door latch and by that time i was late and had to go - but i had to drive with the windows open to breath and my 3 yo had touched whatever it was and tried to taste it thank goodness i caught him before he had !!
BUT 2 weeks later the door had the same issue again so i went back !! they charged me 90$ this time and 4 days later the door wouldnt even open !!
sadly i had to get my husbdand to call and try to make things right as i didnt get called back and i felt from past experience with this person that he was a bit of a male chauvenist - he figured since i was a woman had not enough sense to understand things about a car - he thought wrong !

so my dh calls the people in charge eventually we get the doors fixed they have our car for 4 days give us a free loaner and the higher ups made things right - but my trust in this place is gone as its not the higher ups i need to deal with when i go in for a repair.

Turnersville auto complex has all the dealerships you could possibly want in one location! They're currently working on improving the area of the dealership to make it easier for customers to purchase vehicles. They are no pressure here, and will answer any questions you may have. They want to make their customers happy, even if that means not pushing a sale.

I have to say looking for a car here was one of the best experiences we have had in this process. The salesmen were extremely knowledgeable and absolutely noone was pushy and make us buy a car with them. In fact when a better car became available the salesman actually brought it to my husbands job for him to check it out. Go here for a new or used car, they are excellent

I hate this place because the deliberately tampered with my car and told me that my car is broken. I took my car there to have my oil changed because they sent me a coupon. during the job, they poured oil on top of my engine and told me that it was leaking. I was suspicious so I took my car to my trusted mechanic of years, and he told me that nothing was wrong, but someone poured oil on my car. I was furious. I went back to the dealer and told them about it and I was pretty much shooed off the premises. I wish I had filed a complaint with BBB or somewhere but I guess it is probably too late now. They are the WORST OF THE WORST.
